John has been my agent for over 30 years. He does a fantastic job providing superior service. He is extremely knowledgable about insurance and what coverages are best for our family. He is never too busy to talk about family and life events. Dora and the office staff are always available, very personable and quite frankly a pleasure to work with.

The John Russell State Farm agency is the best in the world! I’ve been using John Russell’s office since 2010 and it’s been grade “A” class. This is the only place I recommend you taking your insurance business too.

If I could put no stars I would Dora treated me very rudely and was very unprofessional. I called corporate and started a complaint and then recieved a call from John Russell, who stated to me that he didn't believe what I was saying about his employee. I do not recommend them at all. Not at all a bogus review. Dora probably is the one responding to my review 3 years later, lol

My family has been doing business with John’s office since I was a kid. We have had over 20 cars and 4-5 major accidents during that time, and have never had anything but great support and service. Also, the folks who speak with customers and super friendly and helpful.
