TD Bank Reviews

I have dealt with TD for years but for the past year service has just gone down. I have to get change for my work and they give me coin rolls that are short, I ask for fives and the give me tens, small things like that that I then have to go back to get corrected. My biggest issue is the wait in the drive through. No one acknowledges you and I guess expects you to wait 15+ minutes until someone comes to the window. I understand places are still short staffed but you have to still have communication with customers, let us know you'll be there in x amount of time. Instead we sit here thinking we are being ignored and it's ruining your reputation. It seems to be the worst on the weekends.

I just had the worst experience at this TD Bank. I actually want to call it a pre- experience because I was never assisted! I waited in the drive through for 42 minutes just for me to be told that I can no longer get my debit card replaced and I had to text a number and wait in queue to go inside. I was 4th in queue and waited outside for 49 minutes on top of the 42 minutes I waited in the 3 line drive through for. The one representative was finished with her guest and just looked at me through the window! I was very frustrated and extremely hot and will not be going there ever again. They made me 30 minutes late for where I had to go and I didn’t want to wait any longer.

Everyone talks about customer service at ChikFilet - but this TD Bank gives them a run for the money. Seriously nicest employees in the world. Changed from another bank that nickle and dimed but now we get free atm reimbursements. Love TD.

Closed our Safe Deposit Box in Middle of July - got billed for it in August. Amount credited after 2 phone calls.

Do not go to this location if you want any kind of customer service.went through the drive through for change, and was greeted my a very annoyed woman...never had an issue before, at any other branch. Telling me to come in instead of the drive through....if I wanted to come in, I would have in the first place.... She then told me that I would have to wait for a while.... I said I would go to another branch....her manager Chris saw no issue with turning a guest away and inconveniencing them.

Went to this location a few times and have had nothing but a good experience/customer service. Extremely friendly staff each time throughout the various days of the week. Transactions went smoothly and they always answered any questions with professionalism. This is the only td bank that I'll be going to in this area.

Terrible. Just terrible. Here on Saturday afternoon have 4 customers waiting to be helped by the desk agents. Have only 1 desk agent working at 145 on a Sat afternoon. Meanwhile they have 3 tellers standing there helping no one. When I ask for them to send someone over they say they have no one to send. Ask for a manager and they say there is none. Obviously. Update: 3/2 . Went to this branch again(no choice closest to my work) and encountered Annie. Annie is the rudest most smug individual I have ever experienced in any customer service venue. I went there for change and she lectured me on how I need to call ahead for change. She speaks to people as if they are children and is abrupt in her answers. As she stepped away to get change a very nice TD Bank associate apologize to me on her behalf saying Annie has had a bad day. While I understand having a bad day happens, this is not the first time Annie has treated me this way. She should not be a point contact person for customer interactions.

I have banked with several banks and TD Bank is the most convenient bank. They are open 7 days a week and they don't try to sell you new accounts of services like Wells Fargo. They don't fee you to death.. if you overdraft or if you fall below your minimum balance you know what you will be charged. Everyone makes errors and they are very understanding.

Don't waste your time. They will take money from your account without explaining it to you. Then will you look at your account and it's less than it was when you deposited a check, they'll just say that is the system. Cannot wait to change banks.

My wife visited this place to get help with international wire and I'm a td bank premium customer (at least by their tier system of their checking account). They were rude and unprofessional
