Having no experience or even rudimentary understanding of the mortgage process, Barbara walked me through the entire process and helped me secure a loan at a great rate. I was surprised at how committed she is to her profession; on several occassions she took phone calls from me after hours to help me close on the home on time. Because of her dedication and professionalism, the problems that we encountered with the bank and the Veterans Affairs did not seem like problems at all because Barbara responded immediately.
