    This is the worse branch 1 teller working on a Saturday with a line always. Then they decide to service their friends before customers who have been waiting in line. Won't be coming back to this branch they I was treated. I am also now looking for a new bank. Update: After this review I received a call from the branch manager. She was very upset this happened and wanted to hear about it from point of view. After I explained she apologized. I feel this bank really cares about their customers no matter how much money or business you have with them.

    I have gone out of my way twice to this bank and only drive thru is open. The coin machine is closed without any notice and the day before the lobby was closed without any notice on website. I have wasted time and gas to be told we are sorry. I guess this bank really only is a drive thru bank.

    This bank totally sucks! Trying to send money through online payment was a total disaster through my business account. I can see why they don't charge a fee for business accounts because their customer service is unprofessional and no where near Bank of America or a larger bank. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing and their customer service reps with online banking are anxious to hurry up and get you off of the phone before the entire situation is resolved. I'm taking my money (which is substantial) out of this bank and finding another bank that can handle my needs!

    Horrible customer service I called and spoke to a teller @ this bank and asked about depositing a postal money order the gentleman that I spoke to said it would be available the same day. So I drive 30 mins to my bank on Saturday. When I get there the same guy then has me endorse the money order then after tells me ohhhh you know what I'm sorry it won't be available till Monday so at this time I start looking for post offices that are open but because I drove to my bank after work they are now closed. So I gave no other choice but to deposit the money order and wait till Monday. It is now Monday haha guess what no money in my account so I called customer service and the lady tells me that the money won't be available till Tuesday now .A freaking money order takes two business days to clear and the guy who disndi know his job I won't put your name out there but you ruined alot more than you think. Maybe, instead of worrying about welcoming dig , cats and other pets they should worry about making sure associates have correct information.

    I was issued a counterfeit $100 bill from the Republic Bank Mount Laurel Branch on Marter Ave. on April 14th. I went to TD Bank to deposit my rent and was informed the bill was counterfeit. TD Bank sent a report along with the bill to the Fed's. Republic Bank did not take responsibility for the counterfeit bill and reimburse me for their error. I was told old bills sometimes don't go through the reader. They have other ways of checking them. Everyone Beware of the money you receive from any lending institution.

    Republic banks new system is terrible. Moorestown branch manager needs to be trained in customer service. moorestown branch is the worst run bank.

    This branch is the slowest branch I’ve been too three others that are way faster Just to cash a check in the drive thru. Is 15 minutes And that’s with no one else ahead of me Don’t judge the bank by this branch. Other branches make this a really great bank. Just don’t use Marter Ave. branch

    I love this bank and just moved all of my accounts there! Best bank services ever since Commerce Bank! Online is fantastic and there's nothing I can't do remotely. Highly recommend!
