TD Bank New Rd, Somers Point

Worst service ever, As a property management business I thought I was doing the teller a favor by leaving over 24 deposits saying I'll stop back for them, When I came back they were not complete I said well just finish up while I wait and her response was that's what happens when you leave and come back, so from now on I will stand there for 40min holding up a line with one teller!! Worst customer service EVER

Worst TDBank in the area. Lines are always long with one cashier. Today, due to COVID limited access for lobby. I completely understand, except, now only allow 5 people inside. All 5 people sitting at desks. Nobody at teller windows and customers are being turned away. Told yo go thru the drive through or wait out in the cold. I should have learned from past experiences, stick to EHT and Northfield

Mark at the Somers Point location went above and beyond to give us amazing customer service. We are thankful for him! Super friendly!

I stopped today to do a withdraw and a deposit. The young lady who helped me with my transaction was wonderful, but an older woman who happen to be standing in front of me doing a transaction for someone else was miserable.. I joked with a young man about how hot it was in the bank, we both chuckled. She just shot a nasty look. I don't believe that someone that miserable should not work in customer service. Her name was Angela.

Turning away people saying too many people in building when there’s no one at the tellers window. I understand restrictions due to COVID but when the teller is standing there doing nothing

People who work at this bank doesn't like to be bothered by costumers they push costumers away with their narrative.

I love the staff at this bank. Everyone know who I am, they are always polite. They greet me by my name, They go out of their way to make me feel Comfortable at their bank. If I have any issues Lisa has always made sure that she helps to find a solution quickly. I can’t even imagine going to another bank. I am so glad I decided to bank with TD and that the closest one is in Somers Point NJ. The entire staff there is absolutely amazing!

Horrible service .... Most inconvenient bank , I miss commerce bank ! Always have issues with T.D Bank and my card services always. Lines are always out of control waiting for 20 minutes as we speak now! Should have never switched my bank ever !!!!

Hands-down the worst bank ever! They don't even get a star of my book! Let's just say you would be better off going to Bank of America or Wells Fargo you put in a stop payment look at your account it's overdrafted then even though it's TDs fault because you called and did what u needed to avoid this was messed up by whoever was doing my account! They didn't put the paperwork in right so now my card is overdrafted and They basically tell you you'll have to wait 9 to 10 days to get your money back!! That's great when you have a child that needs to go to the hospital and you can't take him there because the money you had is now being held up by TD!!! Not to mention their app never work! They tell you use the app to jump the line and next thing you know you're on hold for 30 minutes! I've only been with them for six months and it's been nothing but problems they're basically liars and thieves in my eyes! STAY AWAY IF U DONT WANT A HEADACHE!!!

After switching from commerce they shut my card off dozens of times, even after informing them of overseas trips. Went Navy Federal and USAA, never have issues now.
