We originally did our mortgage with him for our new house Jan 2020, and most recently worked with him on refinancing Aug 2020. We cannot say enough praises and wonderful things about Rick! The interaction that I had with Indy, Noah, Nadia were very short but they were always available for any questions and my refinance came through as promised without any last minute surprises or changes.
