this has been my bank for quite some time now. They might not be as big as some of the other Banks but you know what every time I go here they seem to have the time to talk and help me with whatever I need. You cannot get that kind of service with TD Bank Bank of America etc etc thank you keep up the good work five stars all the way

The bank employees from the tellers to the ladies who help set up accounts are all extremely friendly and helpful. Only critique would be that I wish they were a little more competitive with their bill pay fees and free ATM withdraws. The online site is mediocre and could be greatly improve. They have made some changes for the better but still have a ways to go. Overall they deserve a 5/5 because of the staff at the Linwood location have made banking with OCHB such an effortless process.

I woke on a Thursday morning to discover that someone had hacked my online banking and drained my checking account as well as several thousand dollars for my daughter's savings account. We called the customer service line and they immediately began investigating and sent us to the branch to close our accounts. When I got to the Linwood branch, Personal Banker Lisa dropped everything and worked with me for hours. When tears started to flow, Lisa looked me in the eye and told me not to worry, EVERYTHING will be ok and shes going to handle everything for me. And she did! We reviewed all of my familys accounts and everything I might have coming in or out. She personally monitored my accounts throughout the day and night to make sure payments went out and our paycheck deposits went in. By the end of the day the money was back in our accounts. By the next morning, she was ready with all of our new accounts. Not only is Lisa really good at her job, she made me feel safe and secure, and to me, in that moment, that was more important than anything. THANK YOU LISA!

Just called in to ask to explain the charges. Didn't ask for refund or anything. Barbara, who took my call was so rude and unprofessional to what my question was. Don't assume every customer is the same. They serve the customers due to the amount in their account. The fee is so high and they charge for every penny they can get. Do the research before u switch to this bank. I will change my bank.
