I must say this particular locale has met my expectations and some,always pleasant personnel, there has been some additional staff as of this season that may not possess the same drive as previous but maintains courteous demeanor just not as expeditious in rendering services at hand.Lasherick hands down professionalism PLUS,and personality that adds to TD Bank's shine.

I been coming to this bank for 2 years and the staff customer service is the best, I normally don’t write review however today I needed a paper to be notarized for my daughter’s school, upon arrival I noticed that the paper did not have the date and I started to hand write it, the lady lasherick helped me so much. The level of customer service she gave made my day better. She took the time and went above and beyond and re printed the paper and type the date. Thank you td bank for excellent customer service

This bank’s policies are ridiculous. I have never experienced a bank having a policy of a 7 business day hold on a check. This whole process is a nightmare. When we first opened this account we were told that there would be a 2 days hold for checks—pretty typical with banks. I deposited the check Friday around 6pm and I called asking about the check being processed yesterday because it looked very strange within my online account m, and I find out that the funds will not be available for 6 days. She said I could go into the bank and speak with the branch manager to have my funds verified and released. Fine. I go to the bank today and am told that the branch manager is off on weekends and off during the week at 5–I get off at 5. Next I am told that the funds will not be available until Tuesday July 31st. So—I deposited the check on July 20th and cannot access MY MONEY until July 31st. Honestly my issue is not even so much with the ridiculous policy because, had I known, I could have easily cashed it at Wells Fargo or deposited it into another account and had access to my funds, but since no one had the decency to inform of us the unusual policy, my husband is out of town without access to our money and our rent and bill money are all being withheld from us. I am done with TD Bak already. We would not be experiencing this anywhere else.

never been more inconvenienced by a bank

America's most convenient bank is a LIE. They are holding my money hostage for seven days. Where in the world do this people live? Who would create such ridiculous policy. People who work need there money STAT or at least two to three business days not 7 days. They are full of beans and then some. I would not deposit a check ever again unless is direct deposit because you can not count on America's most convenient bank when you really need the money you have work for. Whoever is on charge of policies on the Headquarter is an incompetent person.

Over the phone customer service is rude and demeaning. Consultant went in circles instead of answering questions. When she finally got caught up, she responds that “it’s just a courtesy call and I don’t owe you this phone call.” As if working at a different location means you don’t work for same corporation. Either way this woman made the whole corporation look bad with her attitude and coldness. Furthermore I think it’s quite cruel to have a 6+ day fund “processing” policy during an entire pandemic. Not only that, they need to ensure they are hiring people that has a full understanding of company policies because lying about certain things just to get new holders it’s disgusting. Being that I don’t have TD Bank and only witnessed how grotesque they are, I strongly suggest everyone just get a credit union. I promise you there aren’t any loopholes.

I wish I could give negative 1 star. I had a question on a withdrawal made on my account. However after waiting about 20min the “head teller” that plays manager on the weekend named Cynthia said she was TOO BUSY and for me to call Td and have them help me. This was after she already had me open the TD app and show her my concern. If Cynthia is the best choice the branch to run the branch on the weekend that says a lot about this branch. A bank employee should NEVER tell a customer that they are “ too busy” to help. I believe it’s time for me to move on to a bank that is not to busy for me.

This bank always closes early. Every time I come here the atm is out of service. I came here to use the atm 8 times in the last 3 months and it’s been outb of service. . They also have the world customer service.

Drive thru wait times are horrible, 45 plus minutes. If I could give negative stars I would -5 stars ⭐️
