Worse experience ever in a Bank of America. One hour to cash a check. With 15 ppl in line , they only had two cashiers. Unbelievable

Such a Bad service. Arrived and saw the line and really tried to be patient until I saw only 2 tellers working. Arrived to the bank at 9:10 and had about 10 people in line ahead of me… left at 9:40 AM and 8 people still ahead. Is this even right? Such a slow service. By that time I could not wait standing anymore (I am currently 8 months pregnant) I decided to leave… and the extremely rude security guy asked me to use a different door to get to the parking… a door that makes you walk all the way around the bank to get to the parking, I explained that I am pregnant and been waiting standing and this person, again, so rude! Starts yelling at me saying repeatedly to use the other door. I say this because I was patiently waiting but the wrong attitude of this person made me feel so sick! People like this should not attend customers! Please take action and correct this!

Rude customer service after I waited 45 mins to be told I can’t do the transaction. No “sorry for keeping you waiting”. Just rudeness and entitlement. Oh and another 30 minutes in the line

Longest lines even on Monday! 1 teller working. And 2 managers are standing and all they were saying I can teach you how to use mobile app Edit (April 2021): 2 years later nothing changed. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced in a bank

I waited in line for the teller for just under an hour with two people ahead of me. Every time I go i plan to spend at least an hour in line. I always recieved the worst customer service. I only have an account with them bc my employer banks with them. But avoid this place at all costs. It's the biggest headache.

Line is always long and since the covid19 pandemic you have to wait outside in a long line rain or burning hot.... Don't understand why they didn't just open the drive thru teller 😡 I mean we aren't coming for a hand out we are coming for our money that we let you hold to take care of your business 💌 had to edit young lady just came out and took my check deposit ahead of the other people in line...thank you soooo much! Have a beautiful day.....

Security man at the door very polite and helpful but all the tellers very slow, i think the bank should train better to all tellers. Line today was big. Very slow service.
Hello Victoria, Thanks for sharing your positive feedback. We're sorry to hear that the rest of your experience didn't meet your expectations. We’ll certainly be sharing this with our leadership team. ^phil

There are only 2 tellers inside the bank on a Friday. Seriously?!? And they're super slow. I waited for more than 30 minutes to withdraw $500. If it wasn't for the amount I needed to take out in cash I would just go the ATM right outside...

All time long line inside, you waste up to two hours. Only two cashiers presented. BofA, are you understanding what your customers can leave you, under bad service reason?

Horrible service….. I came here to deposit money from my business and Luz was very rude.. I’ve been banking with this company for 12 years and I visit a branch two to 4 times a week and she told me she can’t count my money… which is a lie because it doesn’t matter what amount of money I told her it was she was still going to have to count it to verify anyway… thus making this transaction longer and harder than it actually needs to be… won’t be coming back…

I'd rather try heroin before I try to deal with this bofa location ever again. Rude teller with a sense of entitlement. Can't even have no fun in life.

Waited in line 45 minutes. Only 1 teller present while 2 other bank employees stood around talking the whole time. Need to hire more employees or employees who are available need to help out more.

Bank of America Today, August 6, 2020, has been a very difficult day for me due to my disheartening experience at your North Miami Beach location. My usual location was closed today, causing me to travel to a different location (1199 NE 163rd Street) where I received the worst customer service I have ever had during my time as a loyal Bank of America customer. After inserting my debit card, pin, GLADLY giving my ID, Maria was taking longer than usual with my transaction, then she told me she needs a manager, which has never been done to me. Im repeatedly telling them my names changed from being married for 3 years now, your clerk, Maria, asked for a manger. Your manager, Valentina, said the procedure is to verify my identity. They said they’d make a note on my account about a name change; their demeanor changed when I tried to withdraw my hard earned money to pay for school, was intimidating and very disrespectful. I do not deserve to be harassed when withdrawing the money I work hard for and be spoken to in a condescending manor. During this time of racial tensions, I do not appreciate feeling profiled by the people I should trust with my financial matters. Sent from my iPhone

They earned one star for being open during business hours and having the lights on. For this place that is an achievement. Expect to wait 30 minutes in line and you will only be mildly disappointed. Anytime between 11:30am and 4:30am there is a 30-45 minute wait for a teller , a line down the branch and only two agents working. One of the agents is friendly and does a good job. The other agent is annoyed that people come here to bother him. There is no sense of urgency or efficiency at this branch and management seems to be happy with that. This place is in business because there aren't any better options. Avoid this branch if you can and preferably Bank of America in general.

The service here is horrible. The lines are always long and the priority in making customers feel like they are customers is extremely poor. The bank representatives have a habit in making customers feel like they are a suspect when they are actually walking in for help.. all I wanted was for documents to be faxed and was told to wait 30 minutes. I had the number but the representative made me feel like I was up to fraud. I shouldn't have to feel that way at all. How dare! The only positive about this banking center is they're open on Saturdays. As of today I will no longer visit this banking center until change. North Miami Beach Bank of America- you might win some but you just lost one...

Since I have to give a star let me go ahead and give it one star for the effort of putting the building there. I've been banking for over 14 years with Bank of America and this week IveI had it. My direct deposit goes to this account, I hate carrying cash and ect. The bank went ahead and cancelled my card without my permission due to fraudulent activity, that I am unaware of. Nothing messing from my account. I was unable to feed my kids or put gas in my car. I work 6 days a week 8am to 7pm and of course they close on my day off. After receiving my card in the mail 10 days later I tried to use it in the ATM to activate it it declined I called the 1800 number they then informed me I must wait for a pin to activate the card. Thank goodness I can write my landlord a check or else I would be put to the street or get hit with these late fees. The Bank in general is never able to accommodate their clients, even if it's a life or death emergency. Here I am today Saturday left work early to make it to the bank driving my car on E and having to wait 2 hours it's outrageous. I really had enough of this the bank is always crowded and under staff, two tellers top, 3 financial advisor the most. Yes, thatst at every Bank of America I've been too. I am hungry and frustrated and standing here waiting to be served I don't know whats holding me from collapsing. I will stand right here because it's wrong that I cannot have access to my card to save my life. I am taking my business elsewhere, Chase is offering $250 to new customers, I can use the free cash. Nevertheless, I am fed up after 14 years I thank I need to be loyal to a different bank that can cater to my needs as a customer. Customer service sucks over at this branch folks looks at you like you nothing SMH hello give my well earned money and close my account so I can go back to my happy self again. I AM A VERY MAD CUSTOMER BANK OF AMERICA SUCKS.
