TD Bank US, Flemington

Usually I have a great experience at this TD bank, but the past 2 times I went there a bigger lady with short brown hair and bangs (I didn’t catch her name) told me it will take 24 hours for the system to update instead of just doing her job. One time I came in, and she was supposed to help me update my name on my bank account. The other time I came in, I needed to update my phone number associated with my bank account. Both times she didn’t do anything! She just said it will take 24 hours for the system to update. Once 24 hours passed, there were no updates made to my bank account. So I had to come into this TD bank again, and Sandy helped me out. Sandy is amazing! Sandy was able to update my name and phone number immediately. It didn’t take 24 hours! But the bigger lady with short brown hair and bangs doesn’t know what she’s doing, and she doesn’t even ask her more experienced colleagues for help. I wish I caught her name, but she needs to do better!

Everyone here is so pleasant and sweet! I came in to get a new card printed since I lost mine and the process was quick and stress free.

Sonu Shah is the most professional person here. She does things patiently and helps the customer to resolve his concerns. Sonu Rocks! And I wish her best luck. I hope this branch gets more employees like her.

This was very disappointing when they took out the change machine which was very easy & nice to use but they do not have that anymore. Not only that they had refused to give me a debit card which was very annoying. Instead I went to the Bank of America across the street which was much better

"Bank more human" my ass... sucks major balls that I have to wait yet again another day because you guys can't stay open or don't have "human hours" for those who work....crying shame all I gotta do is make a deposit ....horrible.

Everyone who works here is super professional and friendly. Yesterday I had to go replace a lost debit card for the umpteenth time, and the man helping me was so outgoing, kind and helpful that it didn't seem like a chore at all. I was in and out in five minutes! I love coming here.

I love TD bank. Their hours are fantastic! what other bank is open on Sunday? and they are always friendly and helpful. I just moved to a new town and have already found my new local TD.

They don't mind taking deposits but man try to make a withdrawal over $1000 and the store manager loses his mind. Thanks for the confirmation to move my money else where.

This is my main bank. I've always had great support from the people at this branch. Great hours.

I found my experience very satisfying. The bank is very clean and grand, almost like a hotel lobby, and the employees were very friendly to me and helpful.
