Michael wasn’t extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The woman who answered my call in the morning was also extremely pleasant and informative. I’m really happy with my experience with this branch. Thank you!

    Response from the owner

Convenient ATM for withdrawal and deposit. I feel there hours should be better for the people that work. Some staff nice and friendly, some should not be in customer service. Fast service each time I went inside to make a transaction. Cash rewards are great.

I've been going into this branch for 8 months. I don't have an account here, but my paychecks are drawn on this bank. Today, they refused to cash it, which is fine, but then they refused to tell me why not. When I spoke to the manager, she rudely told me "I'm not doing an override for you." I patiently explained that I wasn't asking for an override, merely an explanation. At which point she got belligerent with me. I have never experienced customer service like that anywhere, bank or not.

I have to take my grandma every so often to get cash out for her and drive thru is NEVER OPEN. I asked the “manager” and she was rude and told me it will never open again because it’s broken. My grandma uses a walker and it’s very hard for her. If I could I’d give this branch no stars

Rude, Inefficient, and unprofessional. Do not bank here. I did not chose to bank with Bank of America. I was caught up in their acquisitions of other banks. Their systems are antiquated relative to other banks; for example, to change the name on an account after a death, a case must be opened. At other banks, showing a death certificate and probated will is all that is need. These people need a copy of the will??? Really why? No other bank asks for this. The tellers are rude to even mean spirited as are most of the staff. Shame on you and the evil you bring to this world.

We have tolerated doing business with the Bank of America branch on Reaville Avenue branch in Flemington NJ since 2004 when we involuntarily became B of A customers (B of A) bought out our previous bank with whom we had been quite satisfied). Our major complaint was that the service at this branch was slow and inefficient. It seemed to us that the branch was chronically understaffed and was poorly managed. However since most of our banking was done on-line or through the ATM, we tolerated this branch’s poor service. However, things got significantly worse this past year—bad enough for us that we terminated our relationship with Bank of America and moved all of our banking business to a better and much more customer focused bank. To make a long and involved story short and still convey the essence of our dissatisfaction, here are the things that drove us away: 1. Continued poor service and frequent lines. 2. While it used to be easy to walk into the branch and get help such as getting a document notarized or opening a new account, this year it seems that we needed to make and appointment for such things and the branch (on three different occasions) was unable to make such an appointment at a time that was convenient for us. We wound up going elsewhere to get documents notarized, and finally to open an estate account. 3. When we tried to open an estate account at this branch, the process became impossible. We were misled over the phone regarding what information and documentation we needed to open such an account. Secondly, we were told that we could not open an estate account without the branch getting approval to open that account from outside the branch (a process that could be expected to take an hour or more). (When we did open the estate account at another bank, the process took 15 minutes and needed no out of branch approval). 4. Before leaving the B of A branch to get their required documentation about which they had misinformed us, we showed the branch manager the official bank check from an out of state bank and asked if we opened the account and deposited this official bank check if the funds would be immediately available to us. We were told that they wouldn’t be—that it would take 5-7 days for the check to clear. This was the proverbial straw that broke the Camel’s back. In this day and age, no domestically issued check takes 5-7 days to clear, no less an official bank check or a cashier’s check. For this reason alone, I would not deal with the Bank of America. It borders on downright dishonesty. (Note that when we did open the estate account, quickly and easily, at another bank, we deposited our check and had immediate access to the funds. Unless you like long lines and inefficient service, unless you like having to make an appointment to accomplish routine tasks, unless you like having a bank that holds your money for their own convenience (and potentially profit), stay away from this branch of the Bank of America and away from the Bank of America itself.

Drive thru never open for teller service. I don't like using ATM machines not very secure and in bad weather a must. I was told today that the drive up teller service was not working because of the rain. Really how foolish that is. Also, if people like me stop using real teller services people loose their jobs. Hmmmmm guess they don't care.

Apparently their convienience is paramount to the customers’. This bank only carries $20 bills. ATM or teller. What a joke!
