The team at the Flemington Branch are top notch, and John is the best. He is always friendly and provides the best customer service that I've ever had at any financial institution. Keep up the good work!

This is a shared branch of my Credit Union based in Dayton NJ.The Hillsborough NJ Branch is not yet open for customers, and doesn't have a drive through, so I went here hoping that I could utilize the same services here as Hillsborough. I came here and was not only pleasantly surprised, but left with a feeling of relief. I knew now that as long as I have my ID I can make deposits and access my Credit Union account like I had been previously. I had been there once or twice prior to this and always felt welcomed and appreciated, with the interior being spotless and the atmosphere friendly and open. I was greeted at the drive through by the same gentleman that served me inside some time ago, and I explained my issue to him. He was quite friendly and said that, yes, I can use this branch the same way. Amazingly enough, this was the first time I could make a deposit into an account in months. Had I driven there earlier, I would have written this earlier. But to the people I have interacted with at the window, they are always friendly and polite. The line moves quickly, and they always have a second for a smile or to inquire about your day. Great job, and greta job in serving the public.

The Flemington facility is nice. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Heather M and Nikki both whom are just awesome. I always reach out to Heather for any concerns and she is always responsive, so communication is superb and i am proud to be part of affinity and I thank Heather for getting me to sign up and i cant wait to see what the future holds.

John and Nikki had helped me get my credit card consolation loan and it has litterity saved my life. I can breath now knowing that I only have to make one payment instead of 5. All 5 having 28% or higher intrest and with my payroll being ever 2 weeks most of them had a late fee. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR WORKING SO HARD TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN FOR ME !!

I've been a member for over 30 years and Affinity has always provided excellent service . They provide all the services I need and the staff is excellent.

This team is incredible, I have worked in banking for years yet this team is definitely a dream team. They worked after hours to get me an auto loan funded. I had pleasure of being taken care of by Heather in Flemington for a very stressful situation of buying a car from someone who still had a lien on it. Even though I wasn't a member she made me feel at home and without the sales pitch at the end. She was very professional and very helpful through the entire process even so much as to go out of her own way to help us and I could not be more at ease thanks to her.

Excellent, polite, and prompt staff. Great air condition. Very clean facility. Not my usual bank, but I had a smooth and pleasant experience upon my visit.
