TD Bank E Main St, Meriden

I went to withdraw money from my business account and later found out they withdrew the money from my personal account. Deposited a check in my business account and later found out the check was deposited in my personal account. I will be going tomorrow morning to request all of my money and closing the accounts. Slow employees because they’re talking with other employees and some been there for years and keep making the same crazy mistakes from years ago. Not a good way to do business at all.

This bank is the slowest bank I ever been to. My card was compromised and I had to get a new one. I waited 45 minutes until someone acknowledged me. I understand we are all busy but it's ridiculous. Never again!

I went to cash a check and was charged 10 dollars to cash it, when it's a check from them they steal money from people. Don't do business with them....

This is the most INCONVENIENT bank in CT. They charge you for every single thing you do! DO NOT use them go with another bank ASAP!!

One Month open account to business, today the Indian lady say no more money 2,000 because that's alot of money that I can't go anymore she was discriminating me.

Easy drive thru, always has parking if I need to go inside. Friendly staff. Staff eager to assist with all my banking needs.

This bank is the worst they lost one check of my company deposit 2 months later charged the client check again and over draft that clients account at mo time did they try to resolve this mistake the Manger and employees clueless didn't resolve their mistakes costing my customers serious over draft fees never go to them . The employee their assured me everything was OK which was misleading and inaccurate information please pay attention to all your transactions with them

Went to open up a bussiness account with this bank on june 6,2018 was treated with disscriminatory behavior explained to both females who were totally ignoring me that I already have a bussiness account in Cheshire for over 2 yrs they still ignored me it got to the point that one female got up and stated i am about to flip uh excuse me thats a threat and u work in the bank totally out of hand the store vice president apologized amisha and she stated to me i have all my information to procceed to open up the account !!!No thank you i will not give my bussines to this bank after spending over an hr being threatened and embarrassed why would i already have an account.totally unacceptable and corporate needs to know!!!!!

God awful banking experience unintelligent employee it’s ridiculous who they let control out money

Not a customer here anymore but when I was the staff was always very friendly and handled customers quickly.
