Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Main St, Meriden

This location has much to improve on but also the staff has helped me immensely. First of all there should be more tellers. While the management encourages to use the ATM or the Bank of America mobile app you often have to wait in line 20 minutes. That being said, they helped me with lost cards, fraud protection and got rid of fees.

This place is horrible ....... I would give them a zero rating if I could .... It's truly bad service ...BAD

Make an 11am appointment because with covid you need ab appointment for everything. It's 11:30am and still haven't been seen. There was 3 people with 11am appointments and they took the one who came in late me and the other gentlemen were here 10 minutes early. Then the women says the other bankers are not here today. Just ridiculous. Disorganized and slow. I was finally seated at 11:40am. Unacceptable

Very accommodating staff, competent and very knowledgeable. I was frustrated speaking to a customer rep over the phone since she is just “going around the bush” with my issue and I was very upset and dissatisfied, I hung up. So I drove to this location. It was quite a wait but was worth it. Ashley Q. explained the situation very well and actually offered a compromise to make us feel assured. It’s a great feeling to get such an excellent customer service!

Most abysmal experience in banking I've ever had. Initiated a checking account appointment online , and therefore was 'punished' by the bank not giving me ANY starter checks. How the heck am I supposed to use a a new checking account with no checks? 'That's your problem' according to the ill educated folks that work here. The women that work here dress like common street walkers-5" stilettos and the manager hides in a corner office eating all day. When you book an appointment for banking services they do not honer that appointment time. I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled time for a simple notary job. Taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this bank at all costs!

Line almost out the door and only 1 bank teller working. Glad this isn’t my bank, I’m Doing business here on behalf of the business I manage but on the few occasions I’ve been here, they’re hard to do business with and have horrible business hours!

I work for a representing company in Meriden Ct. I come to this bank often. The management is amazing and all the tellers are ALWAYS super friendly. Specifically Paullette! I come in to get change for our cash box & no matter how ridiculous my needs are for change Paulette is never annoyed. Even when asking for $35.00 in Nicole's! One hour to make cashier check and another one hour to fix their error.

Went in to get transaction registers as I always have with any other bank I've banked with the last 10 years. Was told, "they come with the checks." I have never been refused transaction registers by a financial insinstitution in my life.
