Buying a car with Star was easy and hassle-free. The staff was courteous and professional through the entire process. My initial contact was during a holiday “closed” time, but the sales representative got back to me within minutes anyway. I wanted to test drive 2 different vehicles, and they were both ready and available when I showed up for my appointment. The staff answered the questions I had quickly and fully, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to “sell” me on any particular vehicle. Once I purchased, they promised the car at 2:00 that same day, and it was ready - cleaned and fully gassed - at 2:00 when I showed up. I never felt pressured, or like I was “on the other side” - they made me feel like a partner in the process. I would highly recommend talking to Shani - the sales rep - if you are looking to buy a car. She made the process as “stress-less” as possible, and was helpful at every point - answering questions about the vehicle, financing, and registration. Prices were lower than the other dealerships, and their inventory is readily accessible on the web. Great job by them!!

I bought my Toyota Camry here last year and have been taking it in for regular maintenance ever since. They are friendly, and helpful, always. Well, this time I found out that there was a manufacturer's defect in a caliper on the rear brakes which caused the brakes on that side to wear down before their time. This was totally unexpected and was very costly, so I was devastated as to how I could possibly pay for that bill. I had scrimped and saved just to afford the car last year and hoped to get a few years out of it before having costly repairs. Well, Jerry the Assistant Manager and his crew went above and beyond to see if there was anything that could be done to lower that bill. He took me in the garage and showed me exactly what the damaged part looked like, and explained in very simple terms why it needed to be replaced, and never once treated me with disrespect. In the end, he took a good amount off of it and even gave me a coupon for a free oil change and tire rotation for the next visit! As a single Mom, this was such a huge blessing to bring this bill down significantly. He made a huge impact with his customer service efforts and has earned a customer for life! In this day and age it is so refreshing to find an honest mechanic! If you need a car, consider buying from Star Auto, (they were very low pressure sales) and if your car (wherever you buy it from) needs maintenance or repairs, be sure to take it to Jerry and his team, you won't be disappointed!

I have bought two cars here and family members have also purchased vehicles here as well. It is a no pressure process and Liza in sales, is very professional and knowledgeable, making the process easy. I also get all my auto service done here as well. Jerry and his staff of mechanics have always treated me fair and got me the best price on any job i've needed done. It's important to have an honest person you can trust your vehicle repairs to. Many places are concerned with upselling you things you didn't come in for, but Star Auto won't do that to you unless it's a real concern, they look out for your vehicles as if they were their own. I would reccomend Star Auto to anyone who is looking for a low pressure honest and straightforward way to buy and repair vehicles.

Our story is long and complicated, but our ending was fantastic. We bought a Ford Transit that made an unbearable droning noise. Star Auto went above and beyond to try and remedy the problem, bringing it to 2 different dealerships as well as having their own mechanics work on it. In the end, the problem could not be resolved and Star Auto readily allowed us to trade in our old van for another one. Liza, Gary, Jerry, Brian, Monaco Ford and Bob Thomas Ford were an amazing team and we were very well cared for. Star Auto is an excellent company to purchase from and we highly recommend!
