TD Bank Main St, Queens

Walked into this branch on Sunday to add my wife to my account. Manager Preya Baceols was absolutely professional and nice person. All was done in 10 minutes. Next day she called and said all is done and she prepared statement for us so we picked it up same day. She is a very good person!

This place is horrible, ATM never have change, this is probably my 8 or 9 time , same thing. Poor management.

Worst customer service, not organized at all. They have kids working here I wish I can change my bank

Had to change my debit card plenty of times because of fraud and now my debit PIN number isn’t working clerk keeps telling me to call the phone number on my debit card the people on the phone keeps telling me to talk to the clerk in the bank ever since I moved back to New York to live with my mom this bank gave me a hard time don’t bank with them. Also there atm machine is always out of order.

They left only one lady at front desk dealing with customers. While 4-5 other stuffs sitting there doing nothing despite the people are waiting in line.

Most inconvenient bank, that should be their new slogan.. While every bank has open it's door to the public as we are in stage 4 of Covid-19, TD Bank still makes people wait outside and use the drive way. Last Friday they only had 1 teller managing 2 Walk-Through. Took over 1 1/2 hour to do a simple transaction.

Horrible experience. Wasted 45 minutes of my time in queue to get a paper notarized, nobody was able to help. Never wasting my time here anymore.

The world's most convenient bank Is the most inconvenient bank. They would not take the roll of coinsBecause I don't have an account with them.And they made such a big deal about wearing The Mask fully over your nose. The mask doesn't help again coviv 19 or any other virus.

The Drive thru here is the worst...this location is always short on staff a simple transaction always turns out to be 30 mins whether there's no one online or just 1 person

This is the worst bank to go to for anything except to use the ATM machine. The staff is super slow and rude. The workers take forever to call customers who need service whether they are waiting on line for the teller or for customer service. They also seem to not really know about all the banking sevices on top of that. All these employees need to fired and new people hired.
