We came to Albert Safanov at Mortgage Depot to cash out of our investment property. He was so helpful and walked us through the whole process. We stayed in contact from the date of application up until he came to our closing to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The following day he followed up with the attorney and made sure that the funds were deposited into our account. He said to save the date of our first payment and also asked to stay in touch in case we ever have any questions in the future regarding this loan. He and his staff were so helpful. My friend introduced me to Tariq, he is a wonderful person told me all the things I needed for my loan application. He then introduced me to Annency Fuentes who helped me get the house of my dreams. She was very patient and attentive with my needs. I worked along with Jaqueline Rodriguez who was my loan processor. Very nice lady, made things for me so easy and very helpful even after my loan was completed she helped with any questions I had. I loved their speedy process, just what I was looking for. I seriously cannot thank Albert Safanov and his team enough. I didn't think I can purchase the co-op apartment especially with the income I filed, but Albert was able to do no income verification with great interest rate. He was available 7 days a week for all of my questions and was very thorough, explained each process throughout.

It is not enough that I was able to refinance one of my current properties with a better rate and save money on transfer tax. I worked with Albert Safanov on a NON-QM mortgage. He was hands down easy to work with and always available for any issues/questions that arose. We had several issues with the bank but in the end it became a collaborative effort between him, my agents and lawyers. All stakeholders involved helped tremendously. I wish the bank we used was more transparent and efficient. In the end we accomplished the deal. It was a tough deal but Albert saw it through until the end.

We were in the process of purchasing a house.  Three 3 days before closing.  I found out I made a few mistakes in February and October by paying car loan from my personal account. Three (3 )days before closing I received a letter it was declined. My Broker Yury Gokhberg his team Kim & David  did an amazing job in 2 days.  The entire team  worked my file and received an approval for me with no income verification and the next day closed file.   I didn’t believe this was possible and they assured me this was the way to go and they were right.  Everything they said was true and made it happen.  I would highly recommend this team for any lending experience.  I was treated with the upmost professionals who went above and beyond to make this purchase happen.  I truly appreciate all parties involved in my new purchase.

The process started straight forward. They give you a list of what you need to send them and you cross it off one by one. Then it got a lot more complex when it shouldn't have been. A good amount of back and forth and miscommunication. Customer service could be better in terms of picking up the phone. Albeit, when push came to shove, they did step up their attentiveness.
