I called State Farm insurance today looking to get a quote for a car I recently purchased, and although I ended up getting insurance with another company I had to make sure I did this review because I had an outstanding customer service experience with one of your representatives. This was my first time speaking to an insurance company as its my first car and I had no idea what to do, that's when one of your wonderful agents, Nimra answered my call and figured out quick and precisely what I needed and helped me accordingly. She was super helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She is truly an asset to your company and a role model to all other customer service representatives!

I was quoted an amount and then was getting billed at a much higher amount. According to the staff this was because I did not complete the defensive driving course. They sent me the link almost after one month and I completed the course on time after I got the link. But then the monthly amount went up further instead of going down. I am pretty sure there is some misunderstanding that the staff will take care of after which I will update my rating for them. Hoping to get this resolved quickly because I am on auto pay.
