TD Bank Maywood Ave, Maywood

Very unprofessional staff at this location. I went there because I had issues with my credit card. Once I sat down with customer service, Kimberley Ahr, the store supervisor, wanted to send me away because she did not have enough time to wait on the phone for their back office representative to fix the issue. It was not until I told her that how she has the audacity to send a client away that comes for help because she did not wanted to help. Very unprofessional behavior. I thought one of TD Bank slogan was to be human again. Instead, this employee, Kimberly Air, sends me away to the phone channel.

I want to thank Suzie and her co-worker for helping me set up my TD phone app. I'm technologically challenged and they had the patience and knowledge to help me install it. Thanks!

Do not bank on this bank if you a big accounts. They closed all my accounts. Reason: I kept on withdrawing and depositing big amount on my accounts. That is really ridiculous. My money get no interest in this bank so I transfer all my accounts to other banks which gets some interest and leave some at home. Easy fix right.

If there was a Horrible option, I'd pick it. The dumbest people work there. And they're careless as well. I had damages to my car caused by them and they give me excuses instead of owning up to them. Horrible. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEIR DRIVE THROUGH.

The bank needs to improve the services to the clients. I had to wait more then one hour for someone of the representatives to help me activate my cancel debit card Saturday is a very busy day and they don’t have enough representatives in this branch to Attend the clients

Deposited my check electronically and checked to see if it went through next day. Website said it was accepted and now I get a letter in the mail a week later saying it wasn't accepted . While that's happening I'm using my card and making payments all while getting charged a fee for insufficient funds. Go to the bank today to get it fixed and get those unjustified fees back but they can't do that apparently because they're banks and they don't have enough money already. TD Bank is a joke. Closing my account tomorrow and finding a bank with some more helpful efficient people. Cheers

This bank has been the worse experience ever in my life. I went to go open a bank for my daughter and they completely ignored me. The lady said she’d be with me in a couple minutes but I waited 30 minutes and no one got back to me. Everyone had such a terrible attitude and they wasted my time!!

Terrible customer service, TERRIBLE especially as the hour of clock out begins. Will not be going back here an hour and a half before they close nor any other time thanks to the impression they’ve left.

Very helpful customer service! They always are a big help to me.
