My dealings with Classic Mortgage have been one of the absolute worst experiences in my life. I had to do all of the work for them, consistently remind them of deadline dates and then correct them on 2 separate occasions that they were providing me with the wrong loan’s. To say the least not even 3 months into my newly purchased condo, I now have to refinance my loan because Classic Mortgage never input my loan the way I requested it to be. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CLASSIC MORTGAGE TO ANYONE!!!

Classic Mortgage was able to assist me in getting a mortgage a few months ago and held my hand through the whole process. The mortgage needed to be done quickly and they delivered as promised. I cant say enough about the Classic Mortgage team. Each step of the way I was communicated with and they explained every single thing they were doing so I would understand it fully. You don't see top notch service like this everyday. They went above and beyond what any other mortgage provider did for me. Thank you once again.

Honest and the best rates around truly amazing don't know how they can keep their rates so low

We recently closed on a home where we chose Classic Mortgage as our lender, and it was a horrific experience. We basically had to do their job for them. We only made it through closing by prodding and dragging their entire team across the finish line. It was absolutely exhausting. If you choose them, be prepared to: be ignored, have phone calls and messages not returned, send the same document five or more times, and drag them through every single milestone. I have no idea how they are still in business. Classic Mortgage LLC is the creme de la creme of incompetence. Choose another lender.

I’ve recently had the displeasure of working with Laura Moritz on my home loan. I have never worked on a home loan with anyone who is as disrespectful and demeaning as her. I’m supposed to be the customer and be treated with respect but this woman knows nothing about respect. We got to the point where I didn’t even want to answer her calls or ask her any questions because every time we did we were verbally attacked. I would not recommend doing business with this woman because it was a very unprofessional and unpleasurable situation.

My broker/agent Laura Moritz went above and beyond my expectations in every way to ensure our success. I highly recommend the use of her service especially if you've tried and failed, they will put you on the right track even in a difficult situation.
