TD Bank Postal Way, Myrtle Beach

I came into this branch with a bit of a strange situation going on with buying a motorcycle. Upon my arrival Chris met me at the door with a smile and a nice welcome. For the entire duration of my time handling business during the day Chris never once stopped working diligently to ensure not only my financial security but making sure all other aspects of my business dealings and funds transfers being dealt with went smoothly. If you could man an entire store with guys like Chris you’d never have a problem…. And he’s got a sick beard !

This branch has gone above and beyond to provide the best customer service in my time of need, giving me direction and reassurance through the entire process! The staff here are efficient, professional and definitely trustworthy. Thank you TD Bank of Carolina Forest!

Although, I have only banked you you a very short time, I will NEVER change banks. You have EXCEPTIONAL STAFF----THAT IS KEY... .Everytime I am in there from the time a customer walks in until they departure, this staff really takes the initiative and goes above and beyond EVERY TIME. Third time it took over 30 minutes to make a depositAnd they're not even that busy one car in front of me nobody insideThis is the worst and slowest TD Bank in Horry CountyLast time I'm coming to hear even if I have to go out my way

Not my regular branch but close to my house. Cashed a check with Suzy who was very friendly. The store was empty and I was making jokes aloud and had the entire bank laughing. I even heard laughing from inside the manager offices. Also had business with Kavita Dinanauth, Asst. Vice president, she was a pleasure to deal with as well. I've seen bad reviews about this branch and I gotta say, the problem was probably the customer. If your give nice-ness...you get nice-ness. Great team that works at this branch.

I never had a problem with td bank when move to north Carolina it was so hard just to find a td bank omg I missed them so much they never give me hard time at all in I'm going back to td where I get traded well .my money always welcome their see you soon td

Was in and out today with no problem. Teller was fantastic, didn’t catch her name, but she just moved from CT. Was so helpful to my wife who needed a new debit card and was so caring and kind. So much better than the service received from the TD on 38Th ave

Very impressed with their customer service...we were greeted immediately upon entering and directed where to go. We had the pleasure of working with Ms Braya... For someone so early in their career, she has developed immense social and customer service skills. Thank you all for making the experience seamless and enjoyable.

I went in this bank in regards to why I was being charged an excess transfer fee to make more than 6 quarterly transfers online or on the app, and they informed me that I would not be charged if I called in to their 24/7 help line and made a transfer there, or if I came in or if I used a TD ATM, that I would not be charged. The next day I called in to make a transfer and after an extremely long wait, which I rationalized by it being worth it to not get charged, I finally was connected and was able to make my transfer. But, after talking to the TD employee, she seemed alarmed by what I had been told in the bank, by another TD employee (in a sitting down meeting in an office!), and informed me that it was completely incorrect and I WOULD still get charged over the phone! Unbelievable! What kind of employee are you if you give the wrong information!

Teller was very helpful, I came in close to end of day Friday and felt terrible but they helped me quickly and got my small business account set up. Yolanda took the time to get my account up and running. Thanks so much!
