TD Bank W Boynton Beach Blvd, Boynton Beach

I opened a simple checking account and was told there would be a 6 day hold on my deposits for the first 30 days. After the 30 days I still had 6 day hold on my deposit. I called my Boynton Beach branch & they said I would have to come in to resolve the matter (inconvenient). When I sat down with Christopher he could only send a email request to ask for the hold to be released (not actually release it). He also asked a coworker Lisa for some help but she immediately to a defensive attitude when I ask why after 30 days is the hold still on my deposits. Lisa then informed me the the bank can hold my deposits at any time for any reason or no reason. TD should change the slogan to America's Most Inconvenient Bank. I will be looking into other options as I recommend anyone else thinking about opening up a account with TD Bank

I came in to set up a new account and was told to wait for their other representatives. I sat down and waited for 10 mins and then someone just walked in and was seen right away.

Got called a drug dealer for using my medical marijuana card as an ID. I highly recommend not going here 5 thumbs down. The manager was Lisa was the one that said it.

I came by this location on 09/30 and I just opened my account and awaiting for my new debit card to be mailed so I only my id and I just wanted to do cash my checks but I went by the drive thru and the teller off the bat lacked customer service, I had to say hello to her first. She couldn’t find my account and asked me over and over if I had an account, what was my social security number, where did I open the account, what was the number of the branch, I kept telling I’m not sure. She basically was giving me a hard time and asked the questions like it was my fault I wasn’t sure of the branch number. I asked to speak the supervisor and the supervisor was no help either. She had a bad attitude and would Bob her head when talking to me and blinking her eyes. RUDE ! TD needs to treat new customers better !

Worst experience ever at a bank. Just opened my account and am on my way to close it! I have never seen such gross incompetence in my life! Plus, their coin counting machine cheats. I am a former banker and carefully counted my change three times and separated it into bags of $10 increments. The machine shorted me. Not by a lot, mind you, but if they do that with every customer…..well, they sure are making a profit at the customer's expense! Don't deal with them. In the future, I will roll my coins and take them to a more reputable bank!

Worst customer service EVER!! If I could give 0 stars I will!! They are unprofessional and rude!! Please re employee management and supervisor ASAP!! Very Sketchy bank can’t explain or show proof of deposit made just give it some more days!! Cash !!!!. Store manager states we a bank if you dont trust us then ……. Excuse me?? Corporate I believe it’s enough complaints on here for you to do something with that staff!!

I have had a bad experience every time. I have to make multiple deposits for multiple offices and every time I am made to feel like I am a huge inconvenience to them. Very poor customer service.

Rude staff, did not care one bit their ATM did not dispense money. Told me to call my bank for an investigation which can take months. Avoid the horrible CANADIAN bank! Use one based in the USA

I had my horrible experience on 6/6/19. this branch has terrible customer service! their policies that don’t exist at any other branch are horrific and unaccommodating. they don’t cash checks over $1,500 if you don’t have an account with them, even if it’s a TD BANKS check, from a TD BANKS account holder. I went to another branch, after being informed that this was a company policy, only for that TD BANKS location to happily cash it! the young ladies working the inside teller seem to be angry and ignorant when it comes to customer service and company policies! After calling customer service, the representative notified myself that, that $1,500 policy was false. Shame on those young ladies for treating loyal customers unfair and giving out untrue information!

The staff and management at this location are the worst I can’t believe that I was told I cannot cash a check from TD over $1,000 dollars. I’m unsure if it was the person cashing the check or was it the check itself I was told by management it was at his discretion if He wants to cash the check or not so that tell me you can cash the check you are just choosing not to.
