TD Bank W Main St, New Britain

It’s June 23rd and every other business in the state is open but TD feels the need to only have their single lane outdated drive through open and allow people to do 30min transactions in that line... Great job TD

Super Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. Service is the best of TD Branches we have been to.The Manager is the most knowledgeable and Intelligent we have come across.She goes out of her way to help you and treats you with respect.Her assistant is also excellent.We go out of our way to Bank there.

This bank is so disorganized.. go to the atm outside and people cut you in line, if you mention it you get threatened by other customers then the bank has no security.. tellers came outside to look only and say nothing... threatens outside an atm after I have stage 4 cancer and bust had 3 brain surgeries yet the tellers do nothing not even a 911 call where there’s clearly an issue and a women sat there threatening me...worst customer service I call and ask to speak to a manager never received a phone call back..after they said she would... staff are so ghetto I regret going to a tdbank in new Britain I’ve never had an issue in the TD banks in west Hartford but I’ll no longer be baking with this bank and my dad is removing his account as well... thanks td

NEED to work on customer service skills and NEED more KNOWLEDGEABLE employees Debit card machine never seems to work, very poor service compared to other TD Banks.

Worst TD bank I have been to since I started banking with them. Every other one I am never given a hard time this one it's always something with them. My payroll check is from TD BANK and always available right away into my account. Whenever I come by this one they tell me its 24 hr waiting period for it to clear! There's so much more but I'm not wasting no more time on them.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable. They all greet you the second you walk through the doors like old friend. I enjoy walking in unlike other banks I've used. TD bank will always be where I do my banking.

the first problem was when I wanted to take credit I was told that I had to put $ 500 in a card for them to do credit with my own kids, what stupid, the other thing was that I made a good credit I could take my car and refinance months with Amercian Eagle, I ask for a personal loan at Td Bank in New Briatin CT on August 11 2018 and they deny me even though I have 745 credit and a stable job at 18.20 an hour and they deny me, that bank trash they never have money to loan or give I do not recommend it very bad service and very strict.

The best worker ever in all the td banks is Diana Pagani!! Excelente costumer service, friendly, respectfully and efficient
