Connecticut Bail Bonds Group Court St, New Britain

We chose to use this bails bind because the others were fairly expensive considering my brother had be out on bail previously in Colorado Springs and was picked up in foco. The back and forth was unnecessary to get the bail processed and him released. Fast forward a few weeks my brother gets picked up by the FBI and we alerted the this company right away because he has a court date coming up in a week. They said okay thanks for letting us know we will file it with the courts and go from there. Low and behold the court date come and goes. A warrant is issued for my brother even though he’s in custody and in a different county. This company files with the court a failure to a appear and wants us to pay the fee!!! There shouldn’t haven’t been any fees to begin with had they followed proper protocol and procedures. Three people are on the contract and they each tried to contact us to pay $100 a piece. They’ve now submitted the fees to collections because it was a fraudulent charge to begin with! I was never contacted before nor were any bills sent to me. Just a call from a collections agency informing me that this company put a failure to appear fee in collections and I’m responsible. This company is an absolute scam! Would not recommend! STAY AWAY, YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

They told me that I would actually have to sign my house over to bond out my family out. No questions asked. Weren't willing to work with us, good credit jobs.. nothing. I found better A&O did the Job.

At first I thought this was a legit god send. Bailed my husband out with no money down and only on his word. Nothing signed, no paperwork, nothing. Great right? Only to come to find out from another bail person who had already written up his bond that what this guy did was illegal. We've been in touch with the state bail commissioner several times and were told that it absolutely was illegal. Have been fighting them for two years now. Bail commissioner told us they've been trying to Nail these guys for years. While I don't disagree that the bond should've been paid. Just done legally.

I had the unpleasant experience of utilizing this company for services. First, i had to wait at the jail for approximately two hours for the bondsman to arrive to began the bond-out process. Unfortunately, I had paid the company prior to arriving at the jail and had no other choice but to wait. I called the company to complain due to the wait, but was told that they were on their way and when the agent"" got there, then he got there"" and stop being so impatient. I understand delays happen, but if i was told from the beginning i would have left and returned, since i had my children with me. Furthermore, an attempt was made to overcharge me for the bond and brought to their attention which a refund was demanded. Money was promptly returned as was some poor excuse. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy

Warning never use this agency! Horrible woman! Extremely rude and disrespectful. when I Asked her a simple questions about looking up a warrant she snapped at me and told me she doesn't have time for my pettiness. Luckily, I called another agency and they were able to help me right away.

Who ever the guy was that i was just on the phone with is rude. He was talking to soft and i said im sorry cause i couldnt hear him he said okay and hung up. how are you gonna get mad that i cant hear you because you dont know how to speak up thats crazy.

I called about my sister who I could not find online and the man who answered the phone went above and beyond he even took the time to call the jails and police stations to try and locate where she was. He explained some things to me and was very helpful. If I ever need a Connecticut bail bondsman in New Britain this would be the one top bail bonds company I will call.

Extremely disorganised, losing files and notes, quoting another client's details to me and information that was nothing to do with my policy. Judging by very poor administration and cocky staff, I am guessing that if a claim is needed, they will not process it (forcing you on to an underwriter), making the policies useless. Best to stick to a proper insurance company where you are treated with respect. Lady claiming to be a manager (refused to give her name after shouting at me) should be sacked as she was disturbingly rude. She may have been an owner of the company judging by her aggressive attititude. Business sent elsewhere and got a much better price. Blessing in disguise. Rather than getting annoyed at the angry manager, we should thank her for encouraging customers to go elsewhere. Best to deal direct with the insurers and be sure you they will deliver if you need to claim.

NEVER give these guys your money! If I could rate this company less than 1 star i would!! I paid my bond with them and they said my girlfriend would be out in the morning. Morning came and went and they said it was a cash bond and they couldn't post it. They said I wouldn't get my money back cause they have to charge for the attempt. Now I have no money and my girl is in jail. There must be someone I can complain to. Stay clear of these crooks!!!

Unbelievable rude customer service. Treats customers with no respect as if we did something to them it’s despicable. Had a whole argument over the representative clearing something up for me. Do better Bail Bonds!

The person I tried to bond out had a parole hold so there was no way he is getting released I spoke to Pedro the manager and he said I would get the money posted for the bond back in a week if I surrendered the bond. A week later I called to see what was going on and he said I don’t remember saying when he clearly stated twice if I cancelled the bond you will get the money back next. It’s even in writing when I went up there the same day.

Yeah this place bonded me out a while back. I did my time and did what I had to do. They then took my mother to court and sued her for 1000$. I also had my fiance bailey me out they asked for 800$ flat and my girl paid it. They then proceeded to harass us saying that we owe them another 300$. They kept extorting us until I went there personally and eventually I got a phone call back with them apologizing and telling me that they made a mistake even though they really wanted that money. They're greedy people.

After revoking a bond and failing to inform the client or even trying to contact the client or payor on the bond..the client has asked for reinstate and offered to pay the fees and volunteered for ankle monitor bubbas still fails to agree..bubbas rather have the client transferred from one jail to another wait weeks to see a judge and then maybe give them a new bond..this puts clients at health riskd cost the taxpayers more money and is unnecessary..Eric ur the owner of this company and good money is being turned away..Eric u are loosing clients
