Such a wonderful insurance company. I've been with them for many years now. They often call me to check and see how I'm doing. They want to make sure that they are seeing to all my insurance needs. Whether it be Auto, home or life insurance. My husband was recently in a car accident (that was not his fault) and they were so helpful. I had many questions about what would happen next. They were able to walk me through the process and ease my mind. And that's so important! I'm on a first name basis with many of the staff members there. And if I ever need anything all I have to do is go down to my local office and pick up whatever I need. I just went there to pick up my new insurance cards for my new vehicle. The process was so easy. Isn't that what everybody wants from an insurance company? Peace of mind, friendly helpful agents and easy access to any kind of paperwork you need? So if that's what you're looking for then State farm is definitely for you.

The team at the New Britain location is the best. They are well mannered over the phone and they helped me in a timely manner. Jaquelyn and Felix worked together to help me with changing my address and emailed a copy of my insurance card with my new address already on the card (that was fast) As a team they worked together to satisfy a customer and that is commendable. I’m new to CT and consequently had to switch insurance. Made the choice to switch to Statefarm. I have not been disappointed. They actually saved me twice. Blew out a tire two separate times and they sent a tow truck immediately and got me home safe. Most recently, I got a call from Jacquelyn to advise me to update my mileage on my Drive Safe app so that I can take advantage of the discount. I forgot about it but luckily she called again. And guess what ? It slipped my mind another time. Today I actually called in because I finally put my eyes on the app and was a little confused as to why my discount was so low. Come to find out, I turned off the location services on the app. Thanks to Jacquelyn’s patience and thorough walk through, I’m back on track. I highly recommend everyone in this office and I’m so glad I made the switch. Hope this helps ;)

Highly recommend 10/10 service. If you need a quick insurance quote and are looking to save the most money speak with Felix. He helped me every step of the way and made the whole insurance buying process hassle free. They quoted me the cheapest car insurance i have ever had.

Horrible!!! Seems too good to be true at first. Very charming, giving you prices, explaining your coverage. Or so you thought, until you get billed different from what you were initially quoted. Then you find yourself contacting them to fix the error because they are charging you different from what you were quoted, you know. After speaking to three people they all tell me what I did wrong, how I didn’t explain myself properly, how I don’t understand their system. When it was simple, how much for such and such vehicle, full coverage? Now they are accusing me of switching my story when I’ve communicated to them plenty on my intentions and my needs, when I have documented facts of my ownership & non-ownership of property. Horrible, 3 hours later, two employees and one manager for nothing. They stuck it to me good 👍🏼

Worked with nick to get a new insurance policy for my car. Helped me out a lot and walked me through the process and all of my discounts. Was very professional and polite. Would give more stars if I could would definitely recommend people look to ask for nick.
