TD Bank E Main St, Denville

I've been going to this branch for years since Rockaway branch closed. I am not there weekly but their staff always greets me by name. They are very helpful and kind. I have a safe deposit box and checking accounts. They even helped me cash savings bonds. I'm grateful for their service and a smile especially on difficult days.

I would like to give 5 stars to Diana, she is amazing and helpful and she is the reason why my family and I didn't close our accounts. The manager Debra is rude and mean. She treats customers and employees badly.

I am immediately greeted by a friendly face, when I walk into this bank... The tellers and bank officers are welcoming, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient... The overall atmosphere, here, is not your typical "robotic", cold bank... I am happy conducting my business here, and will continue to do so...

A young man named Zachary helped me . He was very knowledgeable.

Never got treated this bad in a TD BANK. The manager was very nice and helped me calm down afterwords, but I feel like she should have a serious talk with her associates about customer service because no one should ever feel unwelcome. I almost left TD BANK entirely just because of my experience in this store.

The branch manager Debra Meister is nice when she's pushing a credit card or home loan down your throat, but as soon as you come in with an issue her face turns sour and stone walls any requests for help with disdain. Worst customer service I've experienced. Do yourself a favor and use Provident Bank or BoA down the street.

I chose to leave TD bank. The staff itself is fantastic, however, the branch manager in the Denville location is awful. I mean the worst possible customer service that I have ever encountered. How an individual would get to such a level is beyond me.

The manager does not follow up and has no idea what she’s doing. I’ve been a TD customer and was a commerce bank customer prior to the take over. The service is Sub Par...!!!
