TD Bank N State Rd, Margate

Was great customer service. My rep Souvenson Mirand was great help and I really enjoyed him with helping me feel comfortable in opening my personal account with him. He walked thru everything and and answered all the questions I had even when he had to break it down a little bit. He was very patient. I recommend this bank. They also give I the bank card in the bank u don’t have to wait for it in the mail. GREAT JOB TD.

I do most of my banking online but the few times I visit a branch reminds me of why I chose TD Bank in the first place: their professional yet easy going service that makes it such a pleasure to bank here. Shout out to Justin for making my day during my last visit.

If I could give a rating below a 1 I would. I had always heard about TD Bank and how friendly they were and how customer friendly. NOT at this branch. I have had nothing but trouble with them. The staff is slow and the parking is terrible. The staff is so unfriendly. They hold their mobile deposits for unreasonable amounts of time, particularly since it's a payroll account they have already verified. The several times I've called them, they have been unhelpful. Today, the person hung up on me when I asked if they cared at all about their customers. Guess not......Do not go here. Take your money elsewhere

The employees here have helped me tremendously. When I was fighting a dispute they were always happy to answer my questions, sit down with me and take my calls. They helped me to win the case sooner than anticipated. I wish they still had their old hours (some TD banks were open until 8 PM) it was very convenient but otherwise, good bank, nice people!

This location has now gotten really bad for customers who need help on the inside of the bank. We have an appointment and have had ZERO people in front of us according to the banks text for about a half hour while they make us sit in the parking lot in 90 + degree temps

My partner opened our company’s bank account in this bank. What a terrible experience. Many things can only be solved by going to the bank. So for me, going to this bank is the most terrible. The work efficiency is very high. Low, every time I wait at the door until I can’t stand it, and then leave. Since I have to go to one thing for three consecutive days, waiting for a long time each time can make you crash. This is the worst bank I have ever seen. If you don’t want to collapse, you’d better leave this bank. I will move my company account to Chase Bank as soon as possible.

I was so impressed with one of your employee Here at TD Bank in Margate, FL 33063 he’s name is Mirand Souvenson This was my third trip to this bank FaceTime it’s been so frustrating trying to change my banking account because of the hacking and identity theft OK I was truly interested he helped me all the way! After waiting for almost 20 minutes in line for a simple card replacement. I was told by Ms. Waunita Grant to stand aside (with no regard to the time I already spent in line) and wait for customer service to assist me, whom was already previously occupied with opening new accounts. After about another 15 minutes maybe 5 customers were serviced in the line and customer service still did not take any new customers. I then expressed my dissatisfaction to Mr. Nick, who was very pleasant and eager to please. Less than 5 minutes, Nick called me and completed my card replacement transaction, Which took less than 5 MINUTES!!!! This was completely unacceptable on Ms Waunita part. Take care of your customers and be more helpful next time. NICK, on the other hand, YOU WERE GREAT ! THANK YOU for your service.
