This is the best pawn shop I've ever dealt with, the staff and management are very friendly and professional I highly recommend this pawn shop. David Berry is great himself and you'll always receive a very warm welcome every time you walk in the door. I've never had an issue knowing that my property was safe and in the same condition as when i left it. When buying things their very fair with pricing.

Def recommend this pawnshop! The guys there are great! I have been dealing with them for pawning and buying needs for prob years now. They have great deals and lots of good varieties at their shop. Recommend them over other pawnshops, especially in that area for sure!

So I went to this place because they had good reviews. I walked in the door spoke “hi how are you” the response by the rep was pretty cold “what is that you need” advised that I wanted to get rid of some jewelry & the guy look as if he was annoyed because I was selling instead of buying. I presented my pieces he asked how much I wanted for them & as I proceeded to say how much I wanted & the previous offer I received he asked if I was crazy & threw the pieces back at me across the counter. Literally threw them. And said I can go back where I just came from because he isn’t paying that. Orange or stripes do not look well on me so instead of destroying everything in sight I politely walked out. Not sure if the attitude was because it was a slow day or if this is how these people do business but 5 stars mean nothing. i will never step foot in there.

The people at this pawn shop is very honest and fair.They don't try to beat you like other pawn shops do.I was in a bind because my car broke down, so i went to pawn my chain .He was very compassionate and loaned me more than my chain was worth because the situation that i was in.I recommended this pawn shop to anybody .

Today I was on my Facebook and I was asking friends if they had an HDMI cord that I could use and this pawn shop commented on my status told me to come and get one for free that's amazing things like that don't happen nowadays anytime I need something once my funds are better I will definitely be going there to see if they have it!!!!! If you are looking for a gift, I highly recommend this shop. After visiting a few shops in the Palm Beach area, I found that many dealers were dishonest or unreasonable with prices. Larry treated me with respect and made the purchasing process very easy. In the end, I found a beautiful, like new Movado watch for my son's graduation gift. The price was very fair. I'm completely happy with the customer service. Definitely worth the drive!

I want ever one who choose to Pawn or buy anything from pawnshop. I been to a few Pawn shop and was not satisefied. This pawnshop here is the best. I been dealing with them for 7 str8 years and never had a problem. They will work with you if7 you have any problem. Call them ahead of time and each time I do they tell me ok. Terrible customer service . Then guy seems like he has a chip on his shoulder when simply trying to make a purchase . Places like this need not exist as service is the main attraction to a second had buy : good luck try else where
