Florida pawn is the place to go for quick fair honest transactions. Colin treated me with respect. He was very understanding my need for a fair deal. He provided me with honest knowledge about how he can work with me and also do his job here at the store. I recommend anybody for this store and the premiere costumer service. Don't wait and miss an opportunity to get the $ for your merchandise.

Literally don’t waste your time. I am very experienced in pawn shops and this guy they have working at the front counter literally opens my brand new item and then tries to lowball me after he devalues the item himself. They have 0 merch and do horrible business. I doubt it will be here next year. I should have just driven the extra few minutes to the next nearest pawn shop WAY better service.

After 4 years in the neighborhood I finally decided to visit the shop. The shop has great variety and the service was awesome. I was only looking but could not resist making a purchase. Colin was incredibly informative and welcoming . I am glad I stopped in and look forward doing so in the future.

Great spot to find a good deal and great customer service. Overly accommodating and generous with an item I purchased online. Made it easy to stop bye and collect my purchase avoiding extra shipping and handling fees. Even threw in a sweet bonus bag in exchange for an excellent review. Would highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a deal on a firearm.

I was very skeptical of pawnshops until I walked into Florida Pawn. Colin and Frenzie took care of me today and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the level of customer service I received from them. I was told I would get much less than what they gave me, but they really did everything they could to get me the most money for what I brought in. I was so anxious at first but Colin kept conversation going which made me feel so much more comfortable. I walked out with a huge smile. 10/10 will recommend to anyone!

Had a great experience visiting this location. I was actually referred by a good friend of mine who told me about their Rolex watch. Rich and another sale woman was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the items in the store. By far I think they have one of the best spots memorabilia items in all the pawn shops I visit within the southern part of Florida. By far, the best pawn shop I've ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and convenient. They're the best of the best. I highly recommend them. The owner is a great guy. Met him twice, and already feel like I've known him for years. Can you even willing to pass on his knowledge to you without pressuring you into buying things. Honestly, there's no pressure needed once you see the prices. They're amazing. So is the merchandise.

Best Pawn Shop around! I needed to pawn an item to pay some bills and they were excellent with the process. Customer service was amazing and they gave me a fair price for my item. Even when i was coming to pick my item up, i was a day late past my pick up date and they were super helpful with me missing the day. It was no problem for them and they assisted me next day with no issues! Will definitely do business with them again if i need to! Highly recommend!!!
