TD Bank Parker Rd, West Long Branch

The worst customer service. We are waiting hours to deposit a check into an account. The branch Manager doesn't even know what is flying. I am planning to CLOSE all my accounts. We have to trust TD bank with our life savings. WHAT A JOKE!!!!! The commercials are A FASE advertising!!!

Worst customer service. Slow and will not take your phone calls. Especially within closing hour. Might as well close at 4pm

Great people but lacks training. It's always a frustration trying to resolves issues and get informations about accounts. Something as simple as getting photo copies of deposited checks can take well over 30mins. Kid you not, they just don't know how to use their own system. And if you have an newly open business account, expect your checks to take almost 2 weeks to clear. I only keep my personal checking here now because it's close to my home and because it's open late, other wise I would look for another bank all together. I hope they can invest more on training. No body deserves waiting several minutes to get simple stuff done.

I have been doing business with the TD bank in West Long Branch for apx. 10 years the staff is always knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Never do you have to wait long & never have they not met my family’s or business needs. I highly recommend WLB’s TD bank.

The Most Inconvenient Bank Just another bank that steals from you with fines and fees for "your mistakes" and then takes no responsibility for sending out duplicate bill pay checks, depositing incorrect amounts into your account and having a non functioning website. TD Bank is a horrible bank. Disgusting.

It was the worst experience calling in to talk to a customer representative I needed help with navigating my app she said omg like I was bothering her I tried to talk to a manager and she hung up on me I tried calling back and she would not pick up the phone I would never do business in that location again

TD bank has very convenient hours. The staff is pleasant to work with and very helpful when you have a problem, even calling the main bank to help solve issues. Opened and closed accounts without hassle in the past. It can be crowded with some delay in meeting with the staff on weekends but that is true in all the local banks. Nice selection of checking accounts including an over 60 account with no or decreased charges. The only issue I have is the extra charge on some checking accounts if you want copies of your checks on the statement. They will print copies for you at the bank if requested but there is a time limit on how far they can go back.

Horrible customer service. They never never ever pickup their telephone!!!! They Make you wait on Long lines and constantly making mistakes.

I was on vacation far from home and had a major payroll issue with my business back home. Thomas Minty and team went above and beyond working with my branch back in NC to help resolve the problem. Everyone always bashes their banks and I’m sure it can be a thankless chore sometimes. I just wanted to say thank you.

Sad that banks can justify charging a fee to cash their own checks. I will never open an account here. Another example of corporate profit replacing fair play in business.
