I had an amazing experience at the Audi Dealership in Eatontown! I had been car shopping all day and Audi was my last stop and it was by far the best stop. I was instantly welcomed by Lauren who was the sweetest person I think I have ever met! My sales rep Pam Rogers was so incredibly patient and kind & understood what I wanted and needed and was so helpful. Once I finally got my car the sales manager came out and congratulated me & was just so generous! When we are signing paperwork, Wayne was incredibly helpful & got us out in such a timely manner. Overall from top to bottom the Audi dealership in Eatontown was amazing and I highly recommend going there if you are interested in an Audi (which why wouldn't you be they are amazing cars and I am IN LOVE with mine!)

Dealership is beautiful and very accommodating. Pam and the management team were so helpful and attentive. Everyone told me it would be so hard to get a great deal on a new car. Within a week, we closed a deal on a used car and got a great price. Thank Pam and thanks Audi Eatontown.

After an issue with my old car, on a “whim” I stopped at Audi Eatontown. I really didn’t plan to make a change. I was tempted by the Q3 and its amenities. Even more, I was impressed with the professionalism, and concern for my experience and safety by the team at the Audi dealership. A year and a half later- I removed two stars for my experience with service, which has been inattentive and unresponsive; no one follows up nor do they seem to care about my experience. As a result, I will not be getting another Audi when my lease is up. I still love the car. 7/2/22 I'm very pleased to say that the GM and Service Manager immediately reached out, were concerned about my issues and they are being addressed. Still love the car, feeling much better about service.

I rarely write reviews, but you need to know this: Audi Eatontown hands down has the best service department of any dealer I’ve ever experienced. My electric Audi stopped charging, rendering it useless. Sales Manager Michael Halleran stepped up, and solved the problem (software update) so quickly. He even bought me an egg sandwich and brought over a cappuccino! Just above and beyond any service experience I've ever had. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.

A superb experience from start to finish. Lauren responded right away to my online inquiry. When I arrived for my appointment, Sean already had the car ready for me to test drive, which I appreciated since I drove from 1hr+ away. The sales process was smooth and efficient, and they didn't add any additional fees aside from the usual. Sean was very professional and accommodating throughout the process. I was by NO means their biggest ticket sale of the day probably, considering the caliber of cars they usually sell, but nobody treated me any differently. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd vehicle from Audi Eatontown and it's always been a pleasant experience. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and they want to help you find exactly what you are looking for.

First of all - service convenience. Schedule online, call, or whatever. It all works easily. Second, they are very helpful and friendly. We had a tire warranty purchased through another dealer - they made the calls, got the info and got it right for us. Each visit we’ve had our car washed and vacuumed and presented back better than received. The waiting area is comfortable, there’s wifi and coffee and drinks. We definitely did the right thing getting an Audi and having these folks as the dealer/service connection is perfect.

Our salesman Jazz was extremely knowledgeable & pleasure to deal with. I would 100% recommend Audi of Eatontown.

I scheduled my service based upon loaner car availability. This is probably the third time I have used Audi Eatontown to service my 2014 Q7 and I have been extremely pleased. This time around I had them install a trailer hitch and wiring, replace my battery, which they determined had a dead cell at my last oil change appointment and they repaired an exhaust gasket leak between my muffler and catalytic converter. The team was extremely friendly, courteous and provided routine updates. The work took a couple of days to complete, but I am very pleased with the results. My car is quiet again when I start it up and I am happy to have a trailer hitch available now so that I can use my small trailer for errands once again. Michael Halleran was my Service Advisor and he explained every aspect of my bill and the work involved on my vehicle leaving me with no unanswered questions or concerns.

I have had my 2016 A3 serviced multiple times at Audi Eatontown and have to say Mike Halleran is the best service advisor I have come across in my 35 years of owning both prestige and non-prestige brands. He is extremely credible; highly-knowledgeable; straight forward; personable; and - most importantly - truly appreciates & respects your interests/concerns. My daughter had flat tire so Dad goes to replace it only to find wheel lock adapter missing from case. Had q3 towed to Eatontown Audi . Bryan Howarth was my service rep and he was very helpful and knowlegible . Unfortunately tire was not in stock so Bryan ordered it and job was done next day. I also asked him to change wheel locks on each wheel and replace with regular bolts so I don’t run into this situation again..overall very satisfied with my experience. Thanks again,Bryan

I brought my car in for service and the experience was great. Brian in the service department kept me informed as to the issues with my car and provided several options to resolve them. He went above and beyond to explain what was wrong and made sure I understood what was needed. He also made sure that the service was completed by the time I needed the car. Dropping off and picking up the car was quick and easy. I wholeheartedly recommend Eatontown Audi.

Great experience today with Steve assisting me with getting my iPhone working with CarPlay! He took the time to troubleshoot the issue and get everything up and running. Michael Halleran is the best. So professional, efficient and cares to ensure his customers are happy. I had a slow leak in my tire. Dropped off my car and within just a few hours Mike called to let me know it would need to be replaced. Luckily I had rim and tire insurance so paid nothing out of pocket. He knew I needed my car back quickly and got a tire rushed in for me that day so I didn’t have to wait an extra day for my car. He also handled all the insurance details so I had no charges and don’t have to contact the tire insurance company. Really appreciate Michael going above and beyond to to help me out.

Tommy and Wayne are out of this world funny, friendly, and warm. Bought 2 cars from them today and what an easy process. Looks like I found my next dealer to buy 2 cars from every couple of years. Wayne is the funniest guy I ever dealt with. Adding comedy hour to our financing deal was a very nice touch, it was almost worth paying a higher interest rate for, I said almost Wayne.

I found the s4 i was looking for on cars.com, i checked on availability through the site around 9-10pm and got a call from Pam Rogers the following morning and we set up a test drive later that day. The staff is very friendly and transparent providing service records and car-fax reports and coffee (important). Pam really went out of her way to make this work for me and its much appreciated. I'm sure i am not their typical customer as i was buying a used car for 20k i was still treated like i was spending 80K. the car was detailed and waiting in the delivery bay ( again 20k car, a nice one but still) Everyone i encountered here was great i would buy here again. the only reason this is not 5 stars is there was some miscommunication about the ceramic coating on the car, ended up costing 1300 extra, didn't really want or need that on a used car. they were flexible with me holding the car for a week so i didn't really press the issue much. edit --- since writing this review management has reached out to me to remedy the situation, and may be changing the policy regarding used cars needing ceramic coating. Management was Very prompt with follow up and genuinely interested in my feedback to better their operation. Customer service here really is excellent.

I have never had a bad experience at Audi Eatontown. Everyone has always been very personable and helpful, whether that was in the Service area, at the front door, or over the phone. A random email arrived about an A6 trade-in that was available, and I hesitated just a wee bit too long, but it was enough to alert me to their pre-owned cars, and I was thinking it was time to move from my manual S4 to something with a little more room. I loved that S4, and it still pains me to not have it, but AE worked with me and we came to an agreement and now I have something a little bigger.

The staff was attentive and explained things well. When the work went longer than originally expected, loaner was made available. My car was delivered to my office upon completion of the work. I couldn't have expected a better experience.

Best buying process I have experienced. For example I picked the car and in was also trading in a car. The price they gave me for my car was not the only thing they did well. They actually reduced the price of the car I was buying and than applied the trade in value . Closing process with finance was awesome . Best automation tool for closing I have experienced. . Roger Penske is changing the game of selling cars with his dealership in Eatontown . I could not enjoy the process because my guard was up as it always is when buying a car. I have not had my car serviced by them and see this as the final stage of my experience . If anything like buying the car I will always buy there.

I had a problem with wheel bearings on the car which were repaired. However the problem resurfaced in a bearing that wasn't replaced in the initial repair. My service advisor Mike Halleran went out of his way to minimize the cost to me knowing that I paid for an expensive repair. We agreed on what I deem to be a fair and equitable payment arrangement. In my opinion, he did the right thing to promote the good will of Audi and himself as a customer advocate. I value that type of relationship. I've said it before but it's worth repeating, if I owned a car dealer, I would want Mike taking care of the customer. He's a great guy. Thanks.

The sales consultant, Niquay Wise was amazing and instead of closing the dealership on time(it was late) she worked with us and made sure that we got the car which we wanted on the same day. The manager was open for negotiation and gave a us a good deal and we ended up buying an Audi A6. Overall great experience, I recommend everyone giving this dealership a visit.

Had a great experience buying my A4 with Audi Eatontown. Car was priced below market value to start. Only complaint is I waited 2 hours the day I bought the car because they didn't tell me that NJ lienholder ID is needed for outside financing.

I would strongly recommend Audi Eatontown. Sales Staff was extremely warm, knowledgeable, transparent and easy to work with. With so much inventory shortage in the market Audi Eatontown still didn't market adjust the price of the car unlike other dealers.

I had some issues that were no fault of Cameron's and he continued to solve each problem and do everything necessary to get me into my Audi. Cameron really went above and beyond in my eyes and he deserves the positive recognition. Also I have to mention Elaina in financing, she was great to work with as well. Amazing! I want to start off saying thank you to SIMON!!! I had been all over, basically the world trying to find the right vehicle for me and my family, with no time to spare lol, I drove 2hrs to this dealership. I requested a least a few pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. With no hesitation Simon took the time and sent me pictures and details of the vehicle. I went out for a test drive and came home with a beautiful Q5! My salesperson, Sean, was great. He was laid back and didn't try to push me into a sale. There was a minor glitch getting my car ready, but both Sean and the staff were very accommodating. They made me and my son very comfortable.
