As a first time home buyer the experience of buying a home through PRMI and specifically working with Kim S. there could not have been better. They provided helpful resources along the way and has a database to help organize the home buying process that is easily accessible. Even the short videos explaining where I was in the process and what to expect were both assuring and a relief in my experience. Kim was an excellent person to work with and responded to calls and questions within the day. She was confident in my ability to complete the loan and assisted along every step of the way.

Kim made my first time home buying experience very pleasant. She is very knowledgeable and walked me through everything step-by-step. She worked very quickly and was always available for my questions. I would highly recommend Kim to EVERYONE!

Ron and his team were professional and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They provided us with a great rate and even got us to the closing table one week early. I wil continue to refer them every chance I get.

Ron has handled many of the buyers I have worked with, where other lenders were unable to assist. He and his staff got the job done with the least amount of stress to the clients. The office staff is always friendly and courteous and there when you need them.

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Throughout the process we heard several conflicting things from several different people. None of it was accurate or reliable. I was unable to ever get a person on the phone, not even when they moved our closing date the week before without telling us (we found out from the title agency). Using PRMI and the Mammano Group made the whole process more stressful and difficult. If I could do it again I would use literally any one else. I post this to hopefully save someone else from the headache we went through.

Do not recommend this company. From the top to the bottom, they are all lost in this process and all they care about is the next.... They dropped the ball on the day of close and failed to confirm any money had moved around and as this was escalated to let the right higher ups know and possible take care of us as any other company that cares about keeping your customer happy would, they didn’t even do a thing to offset some of the costs with all of the trouble they put us through and we almost lost the house because of them! Do not recommend!
