TD Bank W Park Ave, Ocean Township

I could be living two towns over and I’ll still come out of my way to come to this bank specifically! They are always welcoming you with a smile and open arms! I’ve gotten recent help from Leighton with setting up my savings and he was so helpful and generous and did everything with a beautiful smile! And today I was assisted by Fady, and he was very patient and informative with me! They make my banking days so simple! Thankyou guys for everything 💛

Worst experience with their credit card. Don't not apply for their credit card. Their will charge you the interested even after you paid off the bill before the due date. That's ridiculous crazy unreasonable and unbelievable.

Td bank only has one thing going for them and thats banking hours. Their fees, policies, and customer service are horrible. I was told wrong account information twice and its ended up costing me money i didnt have and then charging me for have a balance under where i should have been. Thats means a person struggling paycheck to paycheck, then had to be charged $50 when i didnt have $100 alll because they said my credit statement was oke period when it was a week off completely. Finding a new bank asap and never using them, especially their credit cards which offer jack compared to others.

Maria Buska was a lifesaver helping us to quickly and efficiently deposit a check from a closing. We were so very pleased with her professionalism and hope she is recognized as a great employee!

I just had unacceptable service provided by Assistant Store Manager Maria M. Buska , instead of try to understand issue i am having with my account , Maria M. Buska started talking to me rude and in unprofessional manner , not even trying to understand my problem Maria M. Buska blamed me for my issue that i'm having with my TD BANK account before she even pulled up my information on her computer , after a few minutes of the awful treatment from Maria M. Buska I just had to leave a bank offended and with problem unsolved as well as feeling TERRIBLE, even thought I was a loyal customer of this bank for over 8 Years. The behavior that was showed by Maria M. Buska is ABSOLUTELY ANACCEPTABLE!!!! I was never treated that way anywhere else EVER!

Yesterday was the worse experience ever! It took an hour in drive through to make 2 deposits and a bank check! The teller seemed to be inexperienced. Please bring back the old crew!!!

Came in half hour before closing. I guess its the Friday, or end of work day, that everyone acted super casual, even the managers. Swearing and cursing was heard clearly by some employees around the teller. No customers were acknowledged in line, even when the teller stepped away. I was the only customer in line. All employees, INCLUDING supervisors and bank manager, made contact eye contact with me but NONE of them even acknowledged me, not sorry , we will be with you in a moment, not even GOOD EVENING. Stood there for good 15 minutes, like an disowned child of some sort. Nor they ever say sorry for the wait, when the teller asked me to finnaly to come over. I was finally seen by a teller, told her wanted to make a withdrawal, handed me a slip to fill out, i started to fill out and she just walked off with no warning to adhere to other tasks. This alone - should tell you customers do not come first at this bank! Even the managers were all lingering around, gathered in a circle jerkle, who complained about how they should be at home right now, or out right joking in a swearing manner, even they, seeing me stranded never even said sorry, which would have went a long human way, and prevented from receiving this review. Its an honest truth and these people either should be fired for poor customer handling performance or seriously retrained how to act and retain customers.

Every day they close earlier and earlier. 5:15 PM on a Friday night and they say they don’t have enough people to me in the bank so they closed early. Or you can wait in a long line for a drive-through. Come on TD Bank give me a break

Drive thru wait is 30+ minutes everytime. Absurd...they also close the window at exactly the time listed, for that day, regardless,if you've been waiting on the line for 30+ minutes. They will NOT service the cars that were waiting prior to closing time. They could care less...horrible customer service

Associates are always prompt and courteous. Lines generally go quickly. ATM goes down every once and a while but other than that, great branch.
