TD Bank Kings Hwy, Brooklyn

I won’t be going back to this bank. I was at the bank to get my account number to set up direct deposit for my job but dont have my driver License but have other form of ID. The funny thing is they gave a lady there a statement of her account by just asking for her PIN number. She didn’t have to present any Id. I have my pin but they say they know the lady and she come in every day for the same thing. This is ridiculous to everyone the same.

Forget the bank, that tacos truck out there tho, busssin!!!! I just got a steak burrito, busss that down real quick it was so good 😂 Tacos lopez

One of the best banking experiences that can be offered by all staff! In all my banking transactions, this branch especially has been very helpful and very easy to deal with. All staff is always ready to meet with a smile, and you do get the neighborhood-friendly vibe as soon as you walk in. Veronica, Julie, Mille, don't know if we got the names right, very pleasant and a joy to deal with. Parking lot and drive thru ATM is a plus.

This bank doesn’t have $50 in quarters, told me I have to wait indefinitely or go to another bank. If they can’t handle something this small then how I’m supposed to trust them with any serious investment. Canceling my checking account with them today.

Great location, security guard (a polite guy) and greeting staff (a gentleman who initially took my request) , but horrible personal service provided later on by a lady walked out from the back. I visited the branch to ask for the swift code that accept the international wire. The lady who helped me apparently doesn't have any interest in serving her customers. Impatience was read all over her face. She didn't ask what the currency is from the international bank, but just directly gave me an code that only accepts the foreign currency (I found this out later by calling customer service, I am actually expecting US dollars wire which requires different ABA code given by the Ashley who help me over the phone). I understand the branch lady might not be well trained on her job but her attitude really made me sick! I felt rushed and I felt improperly treated, she doesn't want to answer any more follow up questions except to cut the conversation short and make me leave ASAP. Not convenient!!!
