I don't understand why people put negative reviews here, and when I first read the reviews I thought not to go to this branch of the bank but it's good that I took a chance and went to this branch of chase bank.I was invited in time and I was served by a nice woman named Lyudmila, and she answered all my questions about opening a bank account. I am sincerely grateful for such kindness and in our time it is rare to see such service in banks

Horrible chase!! The woman who was welcoming us was disrespectful. They only had one person sitting for costumers!! They told us to wait 3 hours! This is not professional. I will come back here! They have the worst costumer service.

Customer service is excellent!!!! Believe me, i have accounts in other banks but this one is the best. I love this branch. The staff are professional and helpful. They literally guiding you through any question/problem u have. There is never line, but if so its moving fast thanks to manager and all staff.

Each week something is broken. Drive threw ATM is none stop having issues. Indoor ATM, one works other out of order

Disgraceful branch. My wheelchair bound mother was denied banking services due to "understaffing" according to the branch manager. There were two workers free and only one customer at the teller window with no one on line when this happened. No excuse is sufficient for this. The Department of the government handling Americans with Disabilities Act matters has been informed and a complaint has been officially filed. The workers and manager at this branch are do nothing, inconpetents who are a disgrace to the Chase Bank brand. Stay far away and consider banks other than Chase if these are the types they allow to represent them

Disappointed service. I waited for 30 minutes and no employee came up to me when one of the employees got free, she told me that she had an appointment and now leave for lunch.

Worst bank ever slowest service waited over 1 hour for a simple bank statement that couldn’t be accessed through the app. When my turn came she answered phone after phone call while I was waiting in front of her Jamie dimon fix your banks show respect to the small guys !!!!!!

I like this branch. Workers very polite and respectful. Quick handles any request. Never refused to help even need to finish the day and close bank. Great job! Thanks.

An absolute vat of complete incompetence. Chase has become one of the worst investment banks around. Got a call about my investment account. Was told money would be transferred and account closed. NEVER HAPPENED!!! And when I called back four times over the span of two weeks, no one returned the call. And here is more: The level of fraud, especially during Covid, chase did nothing to help small businesses. It is appalling. When my father passed, his death certificate was never filed. A year later we were told we couldn’t access our business account because the bank thought my father was still alive. That was a great conversation to relive, telling them, “what are you talking about, my father died!!” Chase has become a horrid institution which does nothing to help their everyday patrons. Even their business account policies have changed, making it necessary for a small business to have a certain amount in their account, otherwise fees... fees and more fees!!!! They really need some kind of directional change. Not to be trusted.

extremely poor service. people are lazy and only care about their lunches. they literally walk around discussing who will go when without paying attention to customers. I have waited 40 minutes to see notary for ONE signature, and left with out job done! amazingly careless, it is very sad.
