I was excited to speak with Capital Express Funding (after reading all the amazing reviews) in regards to a deal I was working on that required mixed use rehab funding. The deal ultimately fell through, but I was still interested in getting information about funding requirements, interest rates, points, etc. Unfortunately I was met with disrespect and name calling. No matter what your going through, you should never speak to anybody in such a mean tone or call them out of their name. Marty, I hope you have a better day and learn that you never know who you are speaking with. You could be blocking your own blessings.

Great experience working with our lender, express capital, they made our first deal flow through smoothly and now we are onto the next properties. They have great loan programs and rates available for most states that we are interested in. They routinely put out nice online training programs that show they genuinely care about their borrower's success and I have found their terms to be more competitive than most, especially if you're the new person in town.
