I wish I could put ZERO stars on this review. Shame on Alec Teytel, who is supposed to be the manager of this branch. This guy should not be a manager of anything. He is rude, disrespectful and hostile. They blocked my account because I deposited a check that bounced. Clearly, this is not my fault, as I would have no way of knowing the check would bounce. I was advised by TD Bank on the phone that I should walk into a branch to verify my identity and just have a manager call to remove the block. Alec made me feel like I was a criminal and would not listen to any explanation I had for him. He told me I need to tell him a reason why the check bounced in order for him to even make the call to find out the next steps to remove the block. I told him that the reason was insufficient funds from the sender, and he blatantly said to my face that he won't accept that reason and he refuses to make the call because it is not in his interest to keep my account open. He said I have to convince him first to get my account back and he will not do anything for me. He started asking me WAY too may questions about why money is coming and going out of the account (because it's a bank? and that's what banks do?) and when I answered his questions he would go back to his initial position, that he refuses to do anything for me. He would not let me speak, he would cut me off and was very hostile and aggressive for no reason. He said if he had known me for 10 years, MAYBE he would make the call, but he doesn't know me and what I do, so he won't do anything to help me. He basically threw me out of his office after making me feel like some kind of mastermind criminal. A bank manager should have better ways to communicate with his clients. I got the issue resolved by speaking directly to a corporate office and filing a formal complaint against him. Patrick J. O'Neill and Matthew saved the day by immediately activating my account and apologizing for this manager's behavior. This was an absolute shame on you Alec!!! I hope you will reconsider how you communicate with others in the future. Shame on you.

TD Bank personnel are very caring, professional and competent. It is a joy to do business in this branch. I am the Pastor of Guardian Angel R. C. Church and every time I go to either make a deposit of ask some questions everyone is ready and happy to help me. I highly recommend this Bank and this particular branch.

The worst service ever, the manager is condescending, the one whose office is left from the entrance. Treated me with no respect, discriminates non US residents. No wonder that rating is low. I’m TD bank customer and prefer to deal with other branches in Manhattan, however this one in my neighborhood. I doubt that someone will contact me after my review. Looks like non body cares in that very branch.

I give less than one right now. I understand that there is an adjustment period to this new procedure but the bank just opened and already the line for pedestrian is ridiculous. We are no moving but the cars continue to go at a steady pace. We are sweltering in direct sunlight and no shade or water is provided. Something needs to change.

Manager refused to assist with check verification. Made it seem like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I went to TD on kings highway and Mcdonald, Olga was very helpful and kind!!

Teller Manager Robert Marano is non-professional worker and his behavior is inappropriate for a bank manager... I spend of lot of time waiting. I'm very upset ;(((

Unbelievable. Unprofessional. Rude . This bank is the worst bank i have ever seen and dealt with. Opened an account online , 14 days left - no card no checks . They offer 60 days with direct deposit and 2.500 daily balance to receive the welcome bonus ( $300 ) They re slowing down all procedures to avoid your welcome bonus after 60 days . ..7 questions asked - 6 answers with *I don’t know , I cannot guarantee *. Horrible customer service. Bank mangers with frozen faces , they simply don’t care. Customer service is rude with underground level of service. I said : this is how you usually serve your customers ? Answer: If you re not happy, you re always welcome to close your account at anytime. His name is Jeremie , another moron from td bank . Do yourself a favor , ignore this bank even is this bank is the last bank in the world

Manager of the bank Robert profiled me as a black person and didn't want to cash a check went to another TD Bank and had no problems cashing the check
