TD Bank Kings Hwy, Brooklyn

Rude staff. Notary refused to help me she wouldn’t even listen to me. She is too lazy to do her job. She went somewhere and when she’s back she completely ignored me and started walking from one table to another and made a scene like she’s extremely busy just to avoid me and my friend.

They are not even try to act as if they are at work. Complete mess, always lines, lazy workers and rude tellers.

I waited on line to speak to someone about a card I lost wanting to get a new one. When I got to the teller they told me I had to wait for customer service. They allowed multiple people who came to the bank after me to go speak to the customer service rep before me. When I finally was able to speak to the customer service rep, she was very rude so I left

This bank is totally unorganized. Most of them are rude. Manager is never around. Be careful though. They are notorious for lying to cover their a$$. (RIGHT MONIR?). When one of them errs on your account, they will flat out lie and say that you ordered it. You will then have to sit on the phone for hours on end, to get a refund, and even then, you won't get it. CLOSED MY ACCOUNT!

Been coming here a while. While occasionally there is a wait due to less staff I never encountered a problem here. Tellers are fast and personable. I see more rude customers then anything actually. It's a bank in a crowded city, not the Ritz Carlton. They are open more hours then any other bank as it is. Plenty of good service with them in my book.

I had to complete a wire transfer. TD bank charged $50 for each transaction. The bank employee had a very little idea of how to send money. I had to tell her every step. Unprofessional

I want to say that this is a great branch. I have used multiple banks but enjoy coming to this location. The staff are friendly. Many times they have went the extra mile when I have needed something unique. I recommend this branch.

So unorganized. Only one person working customer service and there's a huge line and everyone is trying to cut people and they don't even bother with who was here first. Such slow service.

Unfortunately I don’t think it’s safe to use the ATM in the evening. This is a third time when I saw homeless people inside the lobby. I’ve used it once with 1 homeless person inside but yesterday I avoided even entering since there were 3. I understand that homelessness is a city problem but there should be a way where customers can use their cards at ATMs at any time without any issues.

Horrible . There is always a wait, ALWAYS! But today cut it for me. All I needed was a card replacement and have been stuck waiting. This is the closest bank location and didn't have a choice but go here. There's limited staff and thinking it's Shabbat the service would be quick. Boy was I wrong. The gentlemen that is supposed to help customers has been wondering around attending to other errands and the line just kept growing. Can't complain about how. They are to clients but service is absolutely horrendous.
