I stopped by this branch because I had some issues with my debit card. Just wanted to say Lyn helped me. The customer service was great. I appreciate being helped by such a pleasant person. Good job TD

This has always been my last resort bank and every time, without fail, I leave disappointed and angry. This branch is full of slow, unprofessional, bitter ghetto a women. Please avoid this TD if possible

Kandi is the only person worth mentioning. Great empathy and patience. Unfortunately the management has an apathetic attitude in an unwillingness to follow through on customers concerns. Walking into the branch, you have to get someone's attention or interrupt them with a customer in order to get any service. No organization, sense of urgency or appreciation of customers time.

I contacted the branch requesting USD-CAD exchange rate. The first time the lady said she is with a costumer and asked me to call in 10 min. The second time she put me on hold for more than 1o minutes and never come back. I called again for the third time and the lady got my number and said she will call me in 5-7 minutes. Not surprising, she never called. It was frustrating and I felt humiliated. I am going to call the customer service and file a complaint.

Great service even customers tend to help one another and etc. As I have a walker I need to use.

Very bad poor service. Corporate has come up for this branch and train this branch all employee how to take care customers. I use 3 Other TD bank locations for me in & out. But this location. I had always bad experience

The bank employees do NOT know what a cash check is. How does TD bank hire these incompetent people? I had to wait 45 minutes for something I usually spend 5 minutes max in other branches. The manager spoke like he is a drug lord...rude and careless. It was actually quite funny.

The tellers AND the "supervisor" there are so rude. They are in no way there to help. I tried to get an insufficient funds fee waived because 1. it was not my fault that the fee was charged and 2. I have NEVER over drafted before in my entire time banking with TD. They told me that they DO NOT WAIVE ANY FEES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. my response was "wow, customer service sure isn't what it used to be" and for that I got hung up on. Called the 888 customer service number and the representative waived my fee NO PROBLEM AT ALL. This branch needs to get with it.

Long line due to convid-19. The security guard is professional and the tellers are professional. Four stars only cause of long lines at drive thru.
