Chase Bank Main St, Orange

Very friendly staff but slow service. Expect to wait in line to see a teller. Always over a 10-20 mins wait.

if i could give zero stars I would. came to this location to open a new account, needless to say that did not end up happening. waited for over an hour to be assisted. the bank ended up closing while I was still there. rude teller laughed in my face and asked why didn’t i make an appointment (which was not necessary, especially being that I had came there way before the banks closing time) and then jokingly suggested i just come back another time. i told her no and that I would wait for someone to see me. next teller was no help at all, told me he couldn’t open an account for me because I didn’t have a physical ssc (not true at all) very very very unprofessional, and just a very bad experience. was only one guy there who seemed to want to help, but even so no. in the end, take your business elsewhere.

I stood in line 10 mins n the manager comes out asked the person behind me what he was here for. Takes his deposit form and handles the deposit despite the long line on top of the fact i was making a deposit as well. Smdh when i say something about it the customer replies hes vip... no theres a line wait like every one else.... smdh i gotta start taking the ride to bloomfield.....

Very very unprofessional people qorking here waited 2 hours to get added into my husbands account the bank teller was super rude and the only reason I could be added on was because my" whole name " wasnt on the prooff of adress which it was exactly the same as my ssc and the bank teller laughed in my face and joked about getting an ID from MVD worst bank in the area and I will be taking my money else where alot of rascim here and plus this rude people laugh in ur face

If you come here in the morning bring breakfast if you come here in the afternoon bring lunch and if you come in the evening bring dinner. It's always a long wait for a customer service rep, lord knows the teller line is always to the door and the employees talk more to each other then the customers. It's a lazy branch I tell you. If it was not right next door to me I wouldn't go here.

I have great respect and honor for the staff at this branch of Chase in Orange, NJ. It is a high traffic area and they encounter a vast variety of clientele. My experience has always been pleasant. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I appreciate the time and effort they expend in serving the customers. I am very appreciative. They greet customers upon entrance and many times by name. Dorothy Johnson

Horrible I was waiting for 25 minute for a new debit. The rude Spanish lady in the front booth had an attitude when I asked if there was anyone else to help me. She told it was a line of people but I was next on the sign in list. Everytime I come here I regret it because I'm here for longer then expected. Do be get with time management. Instead worrying about Dublin donuts worry about the clients getting in and out faster.

long lines for no reason...tellers just standing around talking and they only have one window available the greeter was nice and professional but I’ll found a better branch to visit smh

They have one of the worst bank tellers in , the essex county.. If you want attitude and bad sevice that's the place to go.. I went there over the weekend made two deposites into one account and i only see one when i got home.. the teller had so much attitude with me cause i didnt know where . to sign the Ameican xpress gift check..and she forgot to deposite my other check. I love banking with chase. When i go to other chase branches they ar so polite and nice. but this one in orange NJ has got to be the worst... CHASE BANK #1..just watch which bank you choose..

Everyone here has an attitude especially leon. Told me he DID NOT want open up a new account for me. Sucks I had to open an account with TD instead.
