Bank of America Financial Center Main St, East Orange

Very clean and convenient branch offering all types of banking and financial services. If they had complete access to their ATM I would give them a full 5-star rating. I came into the branch from the parking lot and was greeted by an employee who informed me I had to go all the wY around the building complex in order to get to the ATMs. If they just wanted to restrict access, why not lock the door to Main Street (can't park there without getting a parking ticket anyway) and allow access from the parking lot (it's that door all the way back in the picture).

Terrible customer service. There’s always have 1 freaking teller at the window with a long line of people. Newton just walks around in circles when he could probably help work through the line.

When I re-opened my account earlier this year art the East Orange branch I was treated as if my business was of the uptmost priority. However the teller services are the worst of any of the branches in NJ. The branch is never fully staffed and once when I questioned the branch manager about it he was rude and dismissive. He resolved to quiet me by taking care of my needs ahead of the 15 customers who were on line in front of me. Regretting that I have rekindled this business relationship.

This is not my bank..and I would not recommend it to anyone that I know. I only come to deposit money for a friend and each time I come there's always a long line. The line sometimes consists 25 people or more and there was only 2 tellers available. This bank needs to be closed down. The people are not concerned for seniors waiting who have canes or wheel chairs. This branch should consider hiring more tellers on there busy days to accomadate their customers.

3 people on the teller line and I’m still waiting over half an hour to be serviced. Plus 1 of the tellers just gonna up and leave leaving one teller for the line

Alllllllways a line for the teller. I never get out of here within an hour. I usually go to the Glen Ridge branch which can be our of the way but worth the drive.

I’ve lived in East Orange for the last 3 years and have visited this branch countless times. This past week I went in seeking support for an urgent matter and was beyond pleased! As always the staff was super helpful! I ended up having to speak to a few folks, I took their cards (Newton, William and Catherine), ALL were amazingly helpful! Beyond thankful for their help resolving a very sensitive financial issue! Grateful!

The Worst bank out there , they charged me monthly fees twice and when asked why they said to maintain an account which is ridiculous, asked the customer care to remove that since I wasnt aware, stay away. Go to a bank that value your business and don't cgarge junk fees, surprised his bof get away with this

I’ve been a loyal client for over 10 years and have not seen such a poorly managed branch. Main Street entrance is open for ATM use only, you gotta get in through the back door. Really rude security guy meeting you at the door (won’t let you in without mask even after it not being mandatory in the state). 1-2 tellers working in 4 windows.. I’m sure Bank Of America can do better!

Worst serviced BOA in the area. Never enough tellers, lines are always extra long. Service from the managers is nonexistent. Too often there are more than 10 people on line and only one teller. Please do better for the people in East Orange!
