No ATM at branch. Pays for charges after requesting not to pay if insufficient funds. When at a positive balance I requested to close account. They wouldn't because $1.50 was pending. Then they paid a dozen auto charges and charged $38.50 a pop when none of the debits should have paid. No atm's within 2 miles and they charge $3.00 to use a non M&T atm. This is why I switched to Capital one 360. Go elsewhere.

I love the people there at Henry St branch . I've dealt with the bank for years previously Hudson City Savings. They are promt and efficient in helping or answering and question. I must also commend the Millburn branch too. Cathy and Ayesha are awesome.
