The service at this bank is second to none. I've had my commercial and personal accounts for over a decade. Also, their rates are the best around and can't be touched by other lenders.

Friendly people, just don't expect to get in and out quickly. They are often understaffed and simple deposits even once served can take 5+ minutes.

Make sure you have plenty of time, you won't exactly get in and out.

Was there for over 35 min don’t try to go there on your lunch break. Needed a new debit card printed would’ve been there forever if I actually waited. First the girl working printed the wrong name on the card then when printing another the machine broke they had no idea how to fix it. Offered to mail it to me but of course would take a week to get to me.

I’ve been banking and dealing with just about the same staff for the past seven years. They’re all wonderful and they are very welcoming and kind and are very professional and always make everyone Feel welcome And their service is fast and they have a very excellent memory with peoples names which is pretty impressive

They are helpful and keep an eye on one's account.
