TD Bank W State Rd, Longwood

Very friendly staff and very helpful! I had a great experience with Andrew at this branch, he was nice and went above and beyond to help me with my account. Very pleased with the service!

I opened a business account with them 6 months ago and have had a lot of problems come up. From moving money to my personal accounts and hold being placed but through it all they have been nothing but accommodating. Andrew has helped me every step of the way and know me by name and has single handedly keep me as a customer!

The ATM never accepts cash deposits, and forget going through the Drive-Thru if you’re in any type of hurry. Takes 20+ min consistently to make a deposit if ONE car is ahead of you. It’s ridiculous.

TD has been my favorite bank for the past 8 years and the staff at this particular location has always been top notch. Robbi and the rest of the crew always treat us like family and we couldn't ask for more from our local branch. Keep up the great work, you guys deserve all the praise!

Hands down the best experience every single time I walk in to any TD branch. Specifically the longwood branch. Efficiency at 100. Customer service at 100. They can do no wrong. Worked particularly with Desneige, who took special time out of her day to make me and my family feel welcome. Keep up the great work TD. Will be referring all friends and family!!

TD...Tedious Delay at drive through. The worst bank service. Took 30 minutes to make a withdrawal. Car next to us took just as long. Obvious that tellers were making no effort to move customers through any quicker. We told others in drive through to go to Regions bank. They have much better customer service. Update: teller was supposed to close our accounts at TD that day in Sept. Just received letter saying we owed bank fees for overdrawn account! What? We closed those accounts! Terrible customer service.

Went into the longwood branch for a couple of things, the teller at the window was on the phone and looked extremely annoyed with me standing there, I had no problem waiting. She was so unfriendly, rude. I will do my best to do all my banking via mobile

Awful customer service. Drove to this branch after work as they wouldn't answer any of my calls only to find out I had arrived "too late", according to one of the tellers, for the service I was seeking. Had they answered the phone like a normal bank, time wouldn't have been wasted. This branch would greatly benefit from a friendlier, more professional staff. TD Bank is only useful(to me) for their ATM Fee reimbursement program. Definitely not people friendly in my experience. Avoid the hassle, go to Wells Fargo just up the road on the corner of 434/436.

Terrible customer service. We had came to get my sibling a new account. The teller (bald man with an accent) told us that we had to go online. At first I thought his reasoning was valid. Turns out he was just lazy. He said after we get the account number online we can come back anytime before 4pm before they close to get a debit card. Tried online didn't work. Tried over the phone, didn't work. We came back and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to be seen just to be told they can't help us at 3:40pm. What about coming back anytime before 4pm? They just refused us. We started this process around 2pm for reference. We will not be opening a new bank account with them. I also will be switching to a new bank. Unprofessional and time wasters.

They are great. Much nicer than my last bank and the print debit cards on the spot. Andrew signed me up and was the best!
