TD Bank W New Haven Ave, Melbourne

I am extremely disappointed in TD's lack of regard for their customers. I deposited a check almost two weeks ago and it has yet to clear. I was told that my case was being escalated to a supervisor after explaining to the gentleman that TD was placing me in financial hardship by not releasing my funds. I was told that my funds would likely clear early to allow me to pay my bills and it never happened. Here we are almost a week after I spoke to that gentleman, and I still do not have my money. I am purely disgusted that a financial institution could do this to a customer and am asking that they do the right thing by releasing my money and covering all of my late fees.

Never been to this bank. It wouldn't let me say I hadn't been there!

All extremely professional and friendly. They make it a point to know their customers. Also I recommend anyone who has an acoount use td voice recognition that saved me big time!! Someone called pretending to be me and if it wasnt for that service my business account could have been wiped out. Thank you TD for always having my back.

They always greet me with a smile. They remember me and my kids by name! And it's so great to be able to go in, even on Sunday's, if I have a problem or need help!!!

Awesome people Pat Nina Gigi Becka and all members very friendly and fast service. Never waited more than 5 minutes at this location verses Babcock branch very slow. Took me almost 15 minutes to do 1 deposit and had to wait for the change until Manager arrives at the office door. Ridiculous branch something needs to be done about that branch. Maybe send them to work at 192 location for training

This location truly deserves 5 however today a little after 4 as i was waiting in line i moved over to the next lane just to be rudely rejected with sarcasm. I understand the new hours and such but i cash my check her and bank with you every friday as you are my bank. And this does not go for the young ladies that attend me every week. She asked if i had a card i responded yes she prompted me to use the atm which i cannot despot checks nor cash. (very irritating btw) i let her know that because i have tried. And she responded with " Well what account do you have that doesn't allow you to do that?". I know these working days have been long im a working mother of three. But the sarcastic rudeness was not needed.

TD bank is the greatest, I have used them for years now...same consistant employees for years, they must treat there employees good. Very friendly staff, just beyond any other banks I've used in the past.

Gigi is the best and I'm blown away she remembered me great customer service.
