The worst customer service from a young Latina (Giselle) woman running the drive thru at 1:54pm on a Friday. She refused to deposit my money & had me sitting in the drive thru. I didn’t get assistance until another girl came to ask what I needed. Never again!!

Great folks to do business with. I deal with a number of banks in the Greenville area and these folks rank right up there at the top. Elloit and Brenda as well as any of the tellers are always eager and ready to help with any problems I may have. In many cases, I have seen them go well above and beyond what I would consider fair and reasonable just to keep there clients happy. They seem to still operate in that now old and forgoten mode, where each individual client or customer is important. I can't say enough good things about the branch.

Changing banks today. I hate their deposit holds. I have had an account withTD bank for 5 years. No bounced checks, no insuffeient funds consistent direct deposit from two jobs and balance never fell below $1500 in last 4 years. I hate how I get treated like a criminal every time I deposit a check. I get pay outs from other stock and investments and it seems like they hold these checks for at least 7 days. Yes, they are rather large checks at times but the banks are local and they are printed not hand signed. And they can never give me a straight answer as to why they are holding the checks. (Same generic answer from everybody) I don't have this problem with Bank of America. Only had an account with them for 6 months and if they can't cash it. It will be available the next business day. I believe I'm angrier at the fact that I have had several accounts with TD bank never had anything negative they have so much of my money and it takes so long for them to credit my checks. It gets ridiculous when walmart will cash a $4000 check for me but my bank who has most of my money (well over $4000) won't.

I had a financial emergency caused by the incompetence of another local bank. Elliott was understanding and did what the other bank didn't do, and saved me a lot of money and time in the process. I will recommend them to everyone for everything. You guus have no idea what that meant to my family. Thanks!

This TD Woodruff Rd branch is the friendliest and most helpful bank I've dealt with in my 40 plus years of banking. Tammy and VP Diane, in particular, have made every transaction easy and pleasant.

Very Helpful! Needed the service of a Notary Public and traveled to 4 different places ( Bank, Post Office, Credit Union, Money Store) that no longer have a Notary Public. Dianne Jones at TD was pleasant and helpful, as well were the staff greeting me. I would recommend her services to others.

Awesome branch. Best customer service. Always with a smile and very professional. This is what a friendly professional bank is all about. Best staff. From all the tellers to the branch manager to the customer service reps. Makes banking an amazing experience. Thank you to the staff of this branch.

Do not bank here! They delay your deposits (72 hours) so they can charge overdraft AND maintenance fees, which they do not disclose because it's in the "fine print". The bank manager Elliott and his assistant have not once apologized for the service and are degrading, arrogant, and incompetent. We were charged $175 in overdraft fees in one day, over $400 in less than a week (delayed deposit) and never received a notice electronic or mail.

Usually very pleasant and helpful but quite rude when asking for help on New Year’s Eve when I couldn’t get access my money from their disabled ATM. After inquiring at the window she replies “It’s a machine I can’t help you.” I looked at her with a puzzled face through the glass as to say, “is that It?“...”It’s a machine I can’t help you”. Is that all you can tell me? She made a face and said go someplace else. Just not what I’m used to in the professional world of business and medicine. Of course added aggravating that I have money sitting in a bank getting essentially no interest. As always, it’s the individual and their ability to set aside their ugly side to serve others that makes a difference.

Charge me a $35 fee for transferring money between my own bank account between TD. They said I overdrafted but never did. Nothing but Crooks
