My experience with Ms. Stephanie was excellent. She was polite, knowledgeable of her job, and didn't take a lot of my time. I look forward to doing business with OMF in the future.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Worst customer service i have ever seen in my entire life. Tom was very very rude. He was reading my pay stub wrong and argued me down about it and when he figure out he was wrong he got a attitude. And when i asked him for his name he told be he didn’t have to give it to me and hung up. I had to call from a blocked number to get his name to call corporate. I will definitely be calling the better business bureau.

Horrible place had a loan here about a year ago. Very unprofessional. The collection practices are horrendous and illegal. If I had known what I know now i would have kept all evidence and sued them. Keep up with them and document everything. If they call you 5 time in a day and only leave one message thats can be considered harassment. They will says its not but the SC Department of consumer affairs thinks differently. Don't forget to file a complaint with the SC department of consumer affairs.

Interest rate are extremely hight. They take full advantage of sticking you with high interest rate in a time of need. Do not recommend. Look for other alternaive before securing a loan here.

Called to get a quote after representative got my information less than a second he decline me didn't give any explanation and abruptly got off the line, I would'nt recommend this company to anyone

Worst customer service ever. Extremely rude staff to the point when I pointed out their No Concealed carry sign, the representative waved her fingers at me and said bye bye. After having been pre approved for the loan. They have the right to post whatever they want, and I'm fine with that. As a former loyal customer I'll never do business with them again, and recommend anybody that believes in the Constitution, Should reevaluate their position with them as well. If nothing else read the posts, I should have before doing business with them.

This is not a review of the local branch more as it is a review of their online site. I currently have a loan with them and I received a pop-up on the account window saying I could be eligible for more money and to check offers. So I do, and it tells me I am pre-approved for "x" amount more. So I move forward with actually submitting my application and checking my credit. It said "Congratulations, you are approved. Please contact your branch for further details and next steps." I call down to my branch, and about halfway through, they stop and say "Oh wait. You currently already have a loan with us?" "Yes?... Shouldn't you know that already considering I have an account with you guys?" "Oh, we are sorry sir, but your current loan is at the maximum amount you are allowed to pull. We cannot approve you for the amount requested in the application." So then why did my account online tell me I could be approved for x amount more? Basically their pre-qualification offers do not take into account you already have a loan with them. That needs to change. If you already have a loan, it should ONLY pre-approve you for x amount based on your current loan. My credit took an unnecessary hit because of this.

The man I dealt with was very friendly and offered me the best options for my income.

These guys are great! Helped me get the money I needed. My credit is not so good but they helped me through my issues

Great Manager at the location willing to work with you I lost my job and was out of work for 2 months Jenna has worked with me to catch up my payments would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a loan with great customer service.
