NVR Mortgage is awesome! Both Rebekah and Jessica are very helpful and easy to work with even if you are not locally based. They explain all terms and are always willing to answer any questions as well as explain in great detail for those of us that are relative novices to the home buying process. I highly recommend this company.

NVR mortgage gave me a great experience and service from start to finish. Tiyler Best was very professional and communicated effectively on what needed to be done to get a mortgage and a new home. I was able to reach out to Tiyler with any questions and it was answered promptly and professionally. Veronica's customer service was great as well. There rate locks were beneficial and they offered outstanding seller and lender credits and deals by getting the mortgage through them.

Danielle and Holden made our experience so smooth and actually enjoyable. They were prompt and courteous with any questions we had, always updated us with any new information and even got to know us on a personal level. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this team and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I went into the whole process dreading everything because of the horror stories I'd heard from others (re: other lenders). However, fortunately, those stories weren't mine. My experience was smooth from start to finish (almost finish). Nadine Vipond and Vincent Bieaulieu were readily available to answer any questions, and also made my requirements clear so I was not left with much need of clarification. I am a new, first time homeowner and the process was absolutely amazing.

June we decided to build a home in SC. NVR was the finance company that was recommended to us and they have not disappointed. Crystal Bohner and Mackenzie Hite were the 2 people we communicated with throughout our home buying process. A stressful process was made simple by this great team. They were easy to get ahold of and always addressed our concerns within 24 hours.

I cannot express enough how amazing my experience with NVR has been! It was such a pleasure working with Veronica and Hunter! They communicated with me consistently, and kept me informed each step of the way. Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially for a first time home buyer like myself, but Veronica and Hunter was able relieved me from a lot of that stress! I highly recommend choosing NVR!!!!

If I could give this pathetic excuse for a company no stars I would. They do not promote customer service at all and communication is non existent. My loan officer Steven Bruer failed to keep me updated throughout the entire process, I was not listened to, and my concerns were never addressed at all. I submitted all of the documents and information asked for months in advance. After two months of dealing with these crooks my loan officer repeatedly asked me for documents and information I had already submitted. But to each their own. If you’re comfortable doing business with a shady loan company that has lost in court several law suits filed against them then best of luck.

We just closed on our home and our Loan officer Rebekah L and Mortgage broker Brittany B. were excellent. They walked us through the process, made sure we had all the documents in place. They were always available to answer questions and they made our dream home process great. They went to bat for us with the underwriters and just handled it all. If you buy with Ryan Homes and go through NVR mortgage, request these two ladies and you will not be disappointed.

Greenville NVR Morgage made the process of buying our home a breeze. A ready to move in new construction home caught our eye after no luck with used ones. The staff at NVR morgage were very attentive, quick and very thorough. They helped us bring our credit up to here it needed to be to buy our beautiful home within 3 months. And gave us pointers on how to keep and build our credit score after the loan. Because of the Greenville NVR team we are in our new home just before the holiday! 🙏 I would definitely recommend this branch.

The process of buying a home is very stressful finding the location and lender. The moment I started the process with NVR and I spoke with Carlie there was this connection and deep inside of me I knew she was the one, Carlie is so polite, a good communicator, always had answers to all my questions, kept me posted throughout the whole process. Connor Hamilton what pleasure working with him he also kept me posted on documents that needed to be signed always answered all my questions very understandable I called him plenty of times and he always was so pleasant and so helpful. The Finance team with NVR are fantastic. Even though I wasn't able to see the home my family was building with Ryan Home's all the way through to the end due to a Job opportunity that required me to move, Holden and Danielle got us in the right position with what to do with our credit scores, financial paperwork needed for the loan. Holden was very helpful in getting the process of mutually breaking the contract for the home where I could move to take my dream job and lessen the financial burden it could have caused otherwise.

No matter how prepared you think you are buying a home can be so anxiety filled, Atleast for me it was. I just continued to think something would go wrong But when I made the decision to go with NVR Mortgage it honestly was a seamless process to the very end. I worked with Tiyler who was my loan officer and Stephanie who was my loan professor. Both were always there when I needed them and knew exactly what to do to ensure the process continued to go as quick and seamless as possible. Let me start off by saying that if it weren't for this Mortgage company, I would NOT be in my brand new home today! I want to thank Greg S. for going above and beyond in getting my loan approved. He never gave up on me & guided me through it all. After approval, Stephanie Auman came in with making sure I had all of the correct paperwork and she HANDS DOWN made it all worth it. Not one time was I bombarded with deadlines or stressed. She communicated every detail with great lengths of explanation every step of the way.
