I personally do not use this Bank but it is my husband's Bank and I must say that always friendly and he loses his debit card constantly I can't count how many times in a year that he loses it so it's great that can just walk in and receive a new card without waiting two weeks or anything else boom it's done my bank don't do that that's for sure

Slowest drive thru around. Even with very little lobby traffic, the drive thru is slower than ever. 30 minutes to get 3 cars thru. I had one small transaction, other cars ahead of me didn't seem to have much either.

I called TD Bank from Monumental square in Leominster MA and Spoke with Andre! He was SUPER pleasant, had AWESOME customer service skills wow I was impressed. God bless him

I love TD Bank, I go to the one in Monument Sq. in Leominster. Open 7 days a week and some holidays which is very convenient , the staff is always friendly and helpful

It is a very convenient bank as it's opened 7 days a week and if your Visa checking card is misplaced it can be replaceable BUT the few times I've called for any issues the personnel that answers my calls are mostly rude and when they state that they will call you back they NEVER do! The only one I can say that is a great person to speak with and will do the best she can is BETH! She's awesome and I do recommend her for everything!!! ONLY GO TO BETH!!

Came in to this branch to open a new account. I walked in was waiting for 2 minutes before anyone notice I was there. I told one of the bankers and let her know that I was here to open a bank account. The lady told me to take a seat and fail to tell me how long it was going to take before I was help and who was going to help me. To make it every more disappointing I asked one of the tellers if I would have to wait for one of the two people working and with an smile in her face she told me that I could just open it online .After I waited for over 40 minutes they finally was able to assist me.

Not doing a very good job with the covid restrictions. Still no lobby service. Only one drive thru lane working. Long long lines every time I've been there the last couple months. Reduced hours for the drive thru. Arrived to a 13 car line at 3pm today. Only got 3 cars done in about 30 minutes. Gave up and left. Didn't have time to waste another hour.

I have been banking with TD Bank for my entire life, but over the past three years the bank has literally gotten worse and worse. The bank has had a physical makeover (Which is astounding) but the point that which I am referring to are the TELLERS on the line. In the past two months when I have come in for either deposits, withdrawals, or account information I have been almost badgered as to how I got the money, why I want my withdrawals in certain denominations, and why I choose the account that I believe best serve my financial needs. (The amounts I deal with are not out of the ordinary and should not be suspect to ask what I am doing with the funds) I have tried to give the tellers downtown the benefit of the doubt but it has come to the point which I would like to know if anyone else has accompanied my experience. -Maybe they should be a little less chatty talking about my banking as a joke with the other tellers IN FRONT OF ME AND WITH A FULL LINE IN THE BANK!!! If you think doing your job is such a hassle then don't complain in front of the customer, find another job where you don't have to serve peoples financials. ALL IN ALL- 'Americas most loquacious bank'

Superbe Team, It was raining here in Leominster today 11-16-17; and management was so caring for their customer... They were ready with their embrellas in hand to escort patrons to & from their cars ,so customers don't get wet. That was lovely, what a great team !.
