Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Main St, Leominster

Bank is absolutely terrible. They have 8 people in the building with one teller. 45 min wait at any given time.

Bank tellers are extremely rude. We have a business account with them. Everytime we go to deposit money they are extremely rude to us. If you have an account at this branch I would chose another branch that takes pride in customer service. Pierre was hands down the rudest teller I have ever worked with.

I live in worcester and I have already looked twice for a Leominster branch due to poor service from employees at both the worcester and Shewsbury branches. In leominster always well attended by Thiago and Lorena.

Bank tellers are extremely rude. We have business and personal accounts with them and i had no more option that to close it. moving foward to a diferent bank or credit union ...

I tried calling the actual location after the issue I’m about to disclose, and they do not answer the branch phones so I called corporate to file an official complaint. My boyfriend opened an account and deposited his paycheck into his account and was not advised of the check hold for new customers. This is extremely irresponsible and poor customer service. We would have gone to a WalMart to cash the check then deposited the money had we been notified about the hold. BoA consistently misrepresents the posting on checking accounts and extends check holds, even for established customers, without any valid explanation. I am going to explore better financial institutions that aren’t misrepresentative of their policies and take advantage of individuals that aren’t well versed in banking policies.

I read these reviews and was genuinely weary of coming to this branch because of them, even though it is the closest branch to my home. I decided to go anyway as it was very shortly after they opened in the morning and I was hoping it wouldn't be too busy. It wasn't busy at all, I didn't have to wait very long and everyone I worked with was extremely pleasant. Marilyn, the teller, who directed me to customer service was very nice and informative! Antonio was helpful and kind while he began l to assist us, and then directed us to U.B. who was absolutely wonderful to work with! We talked and joked about everything right down to the uniqueness of his name while he opened our new account. It was genuinely such a great experience that I am very excited to do business with BoA now. I'm glad I gave them a chance because it was one of the best banking experiences I've had!

I have been to the Downton leominster branch a few times and as a business customer I was treated excellent by both Charles I believe and the shorter blonde woman...they went above and beyond.. excellent service! 5 stars....

If you you don’t bank with BOA and you go cash your check issued to BOA please make sure your ID matches the check (completely) if no they may refuse to cash your check. If you use two last name make sure both last name is on the check as long it matches your ID.. I give it 2 stars because the line. If you go in the morning till about 1 you should be ok but any time after that the line is way to long

Leominster branch is a joke. Always an extremely long line (8-12 people) and only 1 teller working inside to take care of walk in customers. No wonder people are leaving this place to goto credit unions and doing as much online banking as possible. 30-45 minute wait to cash a check.

Worst Bank of America there is. I would never in a millions years have an account here. I only go to this bank to pay my rent to my landlords account. Always a line out the door no matter what day or time you go. Usually only two tellers working and they're rude.
